Rep Power: 0 | | | Unfortunatley I'm a night person too so I have to force myself to sleep or I'm dead tired in the mornings. I get my second wind around 3 and I'm ready to go.
Hope you had a good day! |

Rep Power: 41 | | I don't know what it is but if I go to bed like around 6-8 pm I have no trouble going to sleep.... well other than waking back up crazy early. The main problem is when i get past about midnight my mind thinks its a brand new day and just doesn't want to shut down. |

Rep Power: 38 | | | Oh my dad had a real knack for being so clueless that my mom wound up doing everything. He had it down to a science. Me, I pay somebody to clean--it's worth it. |

Rep Power: 41 | | well I got an hour of mowing in before the rain gods cut loose. Don't think I'll be doing anymore for the next few days. Well that was 437 calories burned plus the 3583 just for being alive. So today I'm in the negative so that must be a good thing. Tonight has been ok other than tired but thats the norm.
Food wise it went well though I haven't even looked at calories. I have been doing that more and more. Now that I have learned more what to eat, I can pretty much run a ballpark figure being good or bad.
Breakfast was an egg sandwich.
Lunch was large can of tuna fish with some wheat bread and the fixins.
Dinner was just something I threw together with some hamburger and diced potatoes with onion and bell peppers.
It's not near enough but I'm just not hungry. I might have an apple later but thats kinda up in the air. |
