Rep Power: 38 | | I didn't have great luck with my scale, but I found there are a large number of very high capacity scales online. |

Rep Power: 16 | | | Scale Here is a scale available in stores at Target. It is called the Big Foot by Healthometer. It is accurate up to 400 lbs and costs $44.99. You can order it from Target online, too, and if you have a problem return it to your local Target store within 90 days with your receipt. Maybe this helps? http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html...sin=B00064NXWM |

Rep Power: 0 | | I like hear belt notch stories! I have taken my belt buckle in by two holes now. Your four inch achievement is impressive!
It sounds like ordering a scale on-line is the way to go. You might get some satisfaction out of seeing how much you have lost. If you've taken four inches off your waist, I'll you lost a bunch of pounds. |

Rep Power: 41 | | Breakfast--- sandwich---2 eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon, 2 slices of wheat bread
(267 calories)
Lunch---red leaf lettuce/small onion/green goddess dressing
(320 calories){Most was the dressing, bad me}
Drinks- water, large orange pineapple juice {160x2}
(320 calories)
Total------ (907calories)
Now the bad news. Im going to the casino in LA and that means a buffet. Dont think this will be good on the numbers. well im at 907 calories now. Keeping it under 3000 shouldnt be a problem but think under 2000 would be a better number. I wont be able to see the calorie count since im not cooking it. Ill try and stick to stuff like baked and broiled and try to cut it back there abit...

Rep Power: 0 | | Your doing great. I had quite the set back yesterday....and you are right...this is just how it has to be. I have dwelled on the fact that what makes eating right so hard is that you can't just give up food like you can alcohol or drugs. I need to think that food is nutrition only...if the Dr. Gave me a a prescription that I had to take to survive, I wouldn't eat the whole bottle in one sitting. I would take the prescribed amount. That is how I have to approach food now. Take care. Your doing a good job for yourself. |

Rep Power: 41 | | well its another day. Im not beating myself up about anything i ate last night. Dont think i did too bad. Im sure i was over my 2000-3000 calories. These things come up where we cant get the food we want/need on our diet. Think all you can do is make the best choices you can and move on...... |

Rep Power: 38 | | You know I kind of believe in the diet binge. In other words, I didn't make the best choice, but I did better than I normally would have. All the bad stuff you left on the buffet table is weight that's not on you. |

Rep Power: 41 | | | well i walked in and I looked around at all the fried goodies and the seafood and what would have been normally plates and plates of goodies. It just clicked. It was more of a huge choice rather than all i could hold. I got full so quickly it didnt matter anyhow. I had a good time and didnt go overboard. I didnt even have any of the free drinks they bring you. I have come to realize water taste good lol. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
