I did pretty well. I turned 250.00 into just under 3400.00 at the black jack table. The the tax man was there {gulp} I told them in texas we dont have a state tax. He then replied " well your not in texas anymore" Think they take their sense of humor as soon as they get the job lol.....

Your doing a great job. A huge buffet and you managed to pick a few things and not over do it anywhere near as much as you would have before.

Your right about their sense of humor. Its beat out of them before they can get the job

Keep it up, looks like today was a very good eating day!

Do you exercise? I read about you getting the weights out (but your journal is huge sry I didnt read the whole thing only the last 2 pages ) I was just wondering if you've tried to get alittle bit of extra walking into your day for exercise, even just a 5min walk down your street is better than none at all.

Hope you have another great day tomorrow

That's a lot of yard! Walking is great. Most of exercise right now is walking and it works wonders. It's something I am good at, it's cheap, and I can do it just about anywhere. Very handy.

They're small, but then you don't have to feel guilty if you eat another one in an hour

Aside from the portion size, the LC was tasty? When I get back to the States this fall I just might try me some of those for a while.
