He then replied " well your not in texas anymore" Think they take their sense of humor as soon as they get the job lol..... |

Your right about their sense of humor. Its beat out of them before they can get the job
Keep it up, looks like today was a very good eating day!
Do you exercise? I read about you getting the weights out (but your journal is huge sry I didnt read the whole thing only the last 2 pages  ) I was just wondering if you've tried to get alittle bit of extra walking into your day for exercise, even just a 5min walk down your street is better than none at all.

Rep Power: 41 | | yes i do. I lift weights m,w,f,sunday. Then sat and sunday I walk the lawnmower around the yard. I live on two acres so its alot of walking ill just have to measure it each time I walk it. The last time i measured the walking it was like 5 miles. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | That's a lot of yard! Walking is great. Most of exercise right now is walking and it works wonders. It's something I am good at, it's cheap, and I can do it just about anywhere. Very handy. |

They musta said " Boys this is home get use to it." ah well one thing about texas heat, It lets you know your alive. As far as the diet goes yea not a bad day.
