Glad you are keeping the walking routine up!!! The weight will come off much more easily if you do it. Also, watch your soda intake, lots of sodium in them!!! You are doing great!!! Thanks for stopping by my diary!!
Bugger about the neighbours though. I have sport loving neighbours who yell at all hours lol. Ive learnt to tune them out - at least it only goes for an hour max.
Cannon, I feel for ya! I had to reinstall every program I have a couple of weeks ago - about 150 of them. Arrggghhh! Hope you had a nice weekend otherwise, though.
Hi Cannon...weekends are hard for me, too. I am so regimented with my eating during the week..being at work...following my schedule M-F....then boom, the weekend arrives and everything is different! Get up later...eat at different times, social activities...working in a workout time....drink all of my water (THAT is the hardest for me on the weekend!!)
But sounds like you had a handle on it...and you dropped a pound too! yay!
So the computer is very sporadic at work this week because of construction to the computer lab and the one at home is annoying me so I haven't been able to post much. I took today as my walk rest day. I didn't want to, but I'm lazy, I have a lot to do and its starting to look like rain. As long as I force myself to get in a walk Wednesday, it won't be too bad. I just went back through my diary and noticed I've been walking 6 days a week since March 22nd. I feel rather proud of that. I will get to those other diaries ASAP. I hope everybody is well.
Well my weight went way up on Saturday night and I'm not sure why. I ate about an extra 500-600 calories w/ salt and I know I drank 4 diet sodas. On Sunday I was up about 6 pounds from where I had been Saturday morning and 5 pounds from where I had been Friday. I figured that it was mostly salt, but I have now lost 2 of that extra 6 pounds. I'm open to any theories. It is puzzling me.
I just chug a lug water like crazy and eat as normal and good as I can - like normal...Ive had that happen - I will eat a few things higher in sodium and sky rocket my weight by like 5 lbs...but gettin my water in helps alot...congrats on the walking I realized t hat I walked 6 days a week last week - I was surprized adn happy but it isnt enough fo rme
I'm sure it is sodium related, but I just expected it out of my system faster. I really have been pretty good this week. I got my walk in tonight. I didn't want to, but I was too scared to start a habit of not going so after a day off I wouldn't miss it for the world. The computer is no better, but I'm at least visiting some diaries tonight.

fall back into old ways.Sorry about your 6lb gain,I actually gain
5-6 lbs everytime I fall of for a weekend,it seems like it takes
3 weeks to lose 6 lbs and 3 days to gain it but thats all thanks to the
wrong food choices but with you only going over by 5-600 cals coukld
be just retaing water which leads to the whole sodium therory anyway
don't let it getcha down ,it will be gone before you know it,have a great night
