p.s. Did you get your exercise in? I know its only Thursday and you were planning to go for Friday. I was just wondering if you got out for a walk or anything.
Its freezing outside. Its snowing and it'll be below zero by tomorrow. If I can make myself do it tomorrow that'll be fine. No walk or anything, but even last year it was March before I could really get outside that way. The water weight has stopped coming off and I have plateaued. This will be a major boost when I get going tomorrow.
Oh how I hate the cold,I can wear 5 coats gloves ear muffs 2 pair socks and my feet,tops of legs,nose are so cold it is like torture to me lol!I have been just doing different routines in the bedroom lol NOT THOS KIND OF ROUTINES lol!
The weight will start coming off again,the plateaus come and go some faster than others so think of this 1 as a FAST 1.

By the way I read somewhere that you only read the diaries you subscribe to - can you explain how that works? Is it more efficient than using the General Diaries screen? Please tell me how you do it.

Hey--the reason I wasn't around is because I did miss the Friday exercise thing. We also haven't had any water as the pipes froze yet again. The shower and kitchen sink are working now--the toilet is not. The good news is I finally did drag myself there this morning. I did get another trainers card, but I'm also contemplating doing it on my own. Now that I got the first trip out of the way, it gets easier. I hope you had a great Weekend
Kelly - I go to User CP and then see which of my subscribed journals have been added to when I'm in a hurry. It works nicely.
