Sounds great to have a start date and good going for the comming years. It makes sense when you say you have a plan for several years. I think I made my biggest goofs when I worked only short turm goals, instead of learning to live a life plan and it had to be one I can live with or I won't follow through. Sugar for me is a BIG no no, one lousy bit and I'm like an alcholic off to the bars. Yikes, and sugar is everywhere. But I find when I stay totally off of it, then my taste changes and other foods now have taste and texture that I missed before. Also for me, learned when hungry DRINK a big glass of water first because usually thursty when feel hungry. Yoga helps with the stress of life in general. Best to you - Tana
