Hiya Canny-bear!! Glad to hear you got all flushed out. I seem to see loads of salt without even realizing it. I was looking at my spark chart and some day I have up to 5,000 - Yikes! I know where I get it though - i love those lean cuisine pizzas and love love Asian noodle soup bowls. I just make sure I have extra water on those days. Have a great day!!

Well I did my weigh-in this morning and I'm down to 417.6--Yay!! The sodium had hit it, but I'm over the 10% mark now and I'm getting really close to 50 pounds. I'm also making progress on getting under 400 by my birthday November 30th. Have a great Friday everybody!!

Well its going to be a rough weekend I think. Yesterday I had a lot of fun with my friends and did overindulge a bit and today is a christening where I know I will eat and drink too much. I definitely intend to enjoy myself. Oh well, it is a choice and I refuse to blow this thing with one day. I think this is a day where I will look at the glass half full and think of all the calories I would normally have, but avoided.
