Oh I was so bad this weekend. Last night I ate everything in sight when visiting friends and today I got dragged out to the bar with one of my coworkers to watch the football game with her, her brother, and a mutual friend and her boyfriend. They had $20 for all you can eat and drink. I had 6 lite beers and ate more than I should have--all junk too. Oh well I better get back on track. I did have fun at least
All that 2003 you and 2006 you is exactly what got me started on this, and tried to explain in my first journalentri though it came out a bit rambling
So I know how you feel, its not so much regretting the past and putting it of for the furture, but realizing you might as well start in the present.
So in that spirit congrats on the loss, its good and welcome (any loss is a victory no matter how small)
I hope you have a great Monday
FOr some reason the food I consumed from the bar this weekend didn't hurt me...and I had a lot, a chicken strip, 4 onion rings, breaded and deep fried mushrooms and shrimp...a mozza stick...ewwww and it squirted grease on me too. Why do we do that to our bodies...why is that kind of food abuse (cooking food in fat) tolerated in our society!
Thanks for stopping by to visit my diary. I had a rough weekend and I'm up about 10 pounds (Yikes!). This happenned to me once before and I learned not to overreact. I expect it is largely the result of beer which I have been laying off of recently and I'm now drinking a lot of water to flush my system.
However, I don't really consider yesterday a bad day. It was a rare chance to go out with friends on a Sunday afternoon and other than the Bears losing I don't have any regrets. These sort of days are the sort of thing I'm losing weight for. I want to be around to enjoy days like this for another 50 or 60 years. Now, the hard work of losing it all begins.
