I wish I had time to visit everybody tonight, but I will get there tomorrow. You guys are the best. Today, I had a good day foodwise and it was the best I've had in some time. I was about 1700-1800 calories for the day which is perfect for me. Not too much and not too little. These weeks have been rough lately with multiple days getting home at 8 or 9 or later and a lot of homework for school and grad school, but I'll have my masters December 16 and it'll all be easier. I'm going to post a weight tomorrow. I know I'm over what I was 9 days ago, but I also know that like M2M said I have to compare myself to yesterday not 9 days ago and I had a darn good day.
Final damage from this rather poor 10 day week is 2.2 pounds. Not great, but I can live with it. I figure I'll do the tracker on Friday and I'd love to have those 2.2 gone by then.
Good to see you are hanging in there and keeping the spirit up. Of course you wouldn't be Cannon if you didn't. You are so persistent - an inspiration to all here
