Rep Power: 38 | | Now we're down to the 30s blech. I think I want T2's weather too. The honey mustard chicken recipe really wasn't much of a recipe. I just grilled some skinless chicken breasts and then made a dressing of 1 part honey, 1 part mustard, and a bit of dill. It was tasty and not too caloric. |

I do have a lot of heart though, I don't need weather per se but it sure helps.

Rep Power: 38 | | Ok I give. I got up early and walked this morning. It was cold and windy, but not as bad as yesterday and its out of the way now. I also seem to be off my plateau. Unfortunately, I was all set to go out to lunch with my mom and step-dad this morning and my step-dad had another ministroke  . He's in his early 80s, but they're still kinda newlyweds and he's very good for her. I hope his health improves. | | |
