Now we're down to the 30s blech. I think I want T2's weather too. The honey mustard chicken recipe really wasn't much of a recipe. I just grilled some skinless chicken breasts and then made a dressing of 1 part honey, 1 part mustard, and a bit of dill. It was tasty and not too caloric.

Good morning Cannon, its raining here so I don't think I'll be going gardening. (Suddenly feels lame saying that)...we'll see.

Yeah we're all gonna have to raid Debi's weather now. Not so nice here presently and won't be for days to come.

I do have a lot of heart though, I don't need weather per se but it sure helps.

Looks like no walk for me today. I'll try and do some treadmill time, but its too nasty to go walking.

Ok I give. I got up early and walked this morning. It was cold and windy, but not as bad as yesterday and its out of the way now. I also seem to be off my plateau. Unfortunately, I was all set to go out to lunch with my mom and step-dad this morning and my step-dad had another ministroke . He's in his early 80s, but they're still kinda newlyweds and he's very good for her. I hope his health improves.
