That's quite alright OHD!
I haven't checked air quality yet this morning, so I don't know if I'm going for a walk - I'm not the least motivated this morning, and woke up trying to convince myself to make Saturday my rest day
I feel like everyday is a rest day. I need to get something going on here. I can't image people actually make getting on disability a priority.
Anyway, in your case, I'm sure a rest day is a precious event and probably don't happen near as often as you'd like. I'm feverishly scanning the weather channel for cloud breaks. I really wanted to do the trail today but...
Have a great rest day Debi, Gawd knows you earned it.
I did the Coto Loop
13.3 miles 2:59.52 (13.31 minutes per mile)
I shaved almost 7 minutes off of my time from the last time I did this loop (there is a 4 mile stretch almost all up hill - it's a killer).
Since the time change last night, it's going to be lighter earlier and I think I might try getting a couple of Coto Loops in a week instead of one...I need to improve that time!
You go Girl! You are something! I wish I had some of your motivation! My kids are sick right now so no getting out of the house for me! I'm getting a headache from lack of sleep taking care of them! So exercise is not top on my list like it should be. Hope you have great day!!
hi M2M, I see you are lapping yourself again, your time is amazing and everytime i check in on you, well you amaze me .....Keep up the incredible work sister!!!! STAR
I hung a cork board and a shelf in Meg's room today while she was out playing in the neighborhood - I put her trophies, ribbons, medals, Amanda Beard signed Olympic cap, swim team photos, etc up - along with mounting two shelves up near her bed (she has a loft bed)...
