LOL...JUST when I was getting my mind out of the gutter! However...YES MA'AM it does count, it's quite a calorie burner.

Sorry I haven't been around lately but I have been in the solitude under my big old rock lol. It's hard to keep people motivated when you cant motivate yourself lol. Hope the training is still going well. Me I backslid about 5 pounds but once you start counting calories you still never let yourself go all the way back to your old self lol....... I guess even a bout of depression cant take you back that far. Well I'll talk to you soon
