Sorry I've been MIA for so long! Life just got truly hectic!!
My band is performing tonight for the first time in front of close to 100 people - I'm so not ready for prime time 
Weight has been the same, I've been walking every day and just maintaining - it feels good knowing that I can just live life and not worry about it all coming back, but it is time to finish the job!
I hope you're all doing well, I'll be logging on more now - bob swears he's going to put the video of us up at YouTube, I swore I'm going to kill him
