No, it doesn't hurt, and is generally good for me
I've been busy, life is hectic but fun.
My band is having a great time and keeps me busy...here's a couple of pictures, one not so good, but the picts from the last concert didn't come out so great...

I still have a ways to go weight-wise - funny how when it isn't a top priority, it doesn't do anything
I'm pretty much where I was a year ago - not losing but not gaining. I have to say, it felt good being able to relax a little and just live without being so focused on weight and know that I wasn't going to wake up one morning and be where I was.
