| Actual:
1. Walked 10.5 miles on endurance walk
2. Walked a total of 34.3 miles for the week (counting the 1.8 Power Wine Walk)
3. X-trained *Once* not 3x's
4. Did not keep accurate tabs on water, but it was not 100oz a day
Goals for week of 9/9
1. Endurance walk (Thursday maybe?) 11.5 miles
2. Walk a total of 35 miles
3. Cross Train **3 times**
4. Drink 100oz of water a DAY |

So here I go: M2M did you cross train today? Maybe a Monday, Wednesday, Friday thing would work? |

Better to rest for one week, than end up out of action for three.
Take it from an ex Army medic and sports trainer. Those sorts of injuries were my bread and butter. |
