Well, I am not walking AGAIN today
The shin feel better some of the time, but it's clearly not "well". I even wake up to moderate pain. I think I'm going to take an Aleve...
Kaitie - THANK YOU for the push! You're probably right that I need one, since that kind of exercising is SUCH a chore for me. I WILL do one session today!
Rosered - It's SO good to see you posting, I'll have to go look for your diary to catch up with you
Diva - The lucky guy is the twin brother of one of her best friends. He just doesn't know about it yet and would be MORTIFIED if he did LOL!
C - the problem with the 2 out of 4, is that it's the same 2 out of 4 that didn't get made last week I think it's a trend!

My friend had them last week, not as bad as you but she had to ice them every night and take a pain reliever. She's much better now, but still has to stretch them quite often during the day.

I agree that resting up your leg is a good idea. You don't want to be doing anything that will damage it more.
It may take you a little longer from them to heal because you were walking on them.. knowing that they were hurting!! Rest up and you will be back at'em in no time!
keep up the good work sista, and take care of thoes legs, you are so darn stubborn! But in a good way!!! By the way your little one is a real cutie pie!!!!
