looks like you need to get your calories and carbs up a little bit...isn't it tough? You'll think, "wow, this is a lot of food!" and then find out you need to eat MORE!
Well, considering I've been sitting on my butt the last *3* days, and, ahem, I've been cycling my calories UP at the same time, I figured a few low days aren't going to hurt me

I'm back I'm SOOO happy to be walking again! God it felt good!
I went 5.2 miles in 75 minutes (14.42 minute miles) a bit slower then usual, but I"M WALKING AGAIN!! I also spent about 7 minutes doing warm up exercises and 7 minutes doing warm down exercises.
Life is good!
I had no pain, just some minor reminders of the shin splints, not quite an ache, and not quite sore. Nothing to limp over!

I feel good - I just finished my 2nd day this week of exercises (Kaitie, I think of you getting on me if I don't get them in!) So Tues, Thurs done, next, Saturday!
