Rep Power: 0 | | Big Dawgs Diary Hello everybody I've been on my diet for about a month and a half I just got my scale yesterday that exceeds 330lbs. I went to the doctor to have surgery on my knee back in march they said I weighed 464lbs I was so scared my blood pressure got too high they cancelled my surgery it was high in the first place so I went home (Looking for a job becuase of my weight another story) My knee got better on its own I told myself I need to be here for my kids and family so I started by cutting the softdrinks replacing with water smaller portion foods little or no fat foods so here I am (with a job started yesterday) at 415lbs felling better my goal is 245lbs becuase I am 6,4
my build is bulky I look skinny under that (past weight loss journeys) I know its hard but I now I can do it Good luck all of you on your journeys Big dawg(hoping to be normal dawg some time soon) Later. |

Rep Power: 13 | | Great to have you here Monte. You are on your way to a slimmer, healthier you. Starting a new job will also help you keep your mind off of the "junk" food. Remember to take nutritional food with you. If there is any kind of vending machine at your work, that is definatley off limits for you. Keep drinking your water. You are doing awesome already and we are all here rooting for you. Keep posting. Have a great day. |

Welcome to the forum. Glad you got yourself a job. Working is actually very helpful in weight loss cuz it stops you from eating out of boredom. That was one of my biggest problems--always eating or munching on something when i'm bored.
Anyways, keep up the good work. We're all here to support you. |
