If you need to get back to those habits of drinking more water, eating no fast food or junk - then just start. Start with your very next meal. In time, they will become habits again
As for women with toned
abs, check out the thread in the Before And After Section by northrnmomof3 (or that's as close as I can remember her screen name) The work she has put in is absolutely amazing and inspiring!
