Rep Power: 31 | | Eek! I've totally cheated tonight. My calories are close to 2000 and I've had a fruit cup and three peanut butter crackers after 8:00. They're just going to go straight to my butt!!! Seriously though, I totally feel weird--like I didn't eat enough of something today so now my bodies going wacko. Hopefully the protein in the peanut butter with help stop the weird-ness. I'm also tired and I'm STILL babysitting. (12 hours later)
T2: I wouldn't hit you with the boppy stick--I think you're the only person that truly knows what the heck I'm talking about!
My neice (who can't read btw) want's me to put a smiley---so: |

Today was fine, 4 miles on the bike and 150 sit-ups. Food is back on track and hopefully I didn't screw up to bad yesterday. My muscles are firming up again so maybe in a few days when they've recovered I see (or feel) some results.
I wore a jean skirt that I bought a while back, it's a size 20W--It was always a wee bit big on me, maybe an inch or so around the waist. Today I put it on and it was 3+ inches too big for me. John even told me to not wear it anymore b/c it makes me look bigger than I am. So here it goes..... *throws fat skirt in the trash* My first piece of fat clothing tossed away and never to be seen again!!
Yippee!! |

Great feeling here: I went to school today to start setting up my classroom and I saw my principal and the first words out of her mouth were: 'Hey, have you lost weight?' YIPPEEEE!!!! It's noticable!!! Wahoo!!! Yahoo!!!
*starts singing* I feel good, na na na na na na na, like I knew that I would, na na na na na na na....
I did 7, yes 7 miles on the bike today!! 150 sit-ups, 20 off these things, 20 of these things (what you can't picture them?), 40 chest presses, and 54 torso twisty things. All in all a good day! |

Rep Power: 31 | | I really wish that the numbers on the scale would go down---I feel like everyone else here is 'Oh 400 pounds gone in two days! and I'm still stuck at 193. Why does everyone else lose weight weekly and I don't? It seems like everyone else is dropping it super fast and I'm the dud in the corner. I'm eating better, I'm exercising my a$$ off...why won't the numbers go down!!!!!

Rep Power: 31 | | Oy vey we exercised at freakin' 10 pm tonight!!!! Never again. I know that when school starts I will not go that late. Anyway, I rode 3 miles, did 100 sit-ups and 150 torso-twists. Less than usual but it was late and I'm not in the least bit motivated. |

Rep Power: 79 | | hehe I go doing it in the morning, If i leave it till later i talk myself out of things.
If its already done i can go around without the stress of thinking about it and i end up thinking how great i am all day
I swear i walk with more of a bounce in my step! in fact sometimes im so happy i do a second workout in the afternoon or go swimming!
How many calories are you eating in a day? and how much are you burning?
Have you got a fitday.com account? it might be just the thing to keep you loosing. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
