Rep Power: 11 | | I think that the weather may be the reason why you have not felt like working out. It is soo my excuse. It is cold and i am not used to it. I just want to bundle up in bed with my dog and a cup of tea. LOL. I hope that you can go out there and workout this week it will keep me motivated. LOL. Thanks for always commenting on my diary it has really help to keep me focused and put a smile on my face. |

Today was pretty good....my collegue was absent today so I have my room to myself! Weehee!
I picked out a nice Christmas book and I sight-read most of them at an ok tempo....by Christmas I should have them sounding pretty darned good! Exercises for today:
106 calories burned off the bike
100 sit-ups
100 torso twists
60 leg presses
60 abductions
30 adductions
30 chest presses
60 lower back

Rep Power: 31 | | Ya ever have those days where you just feel like a freakin' huge cow. I swear, my ass feels huge today. I can't believe I'm still in the freakin' 170's...they should be nearing there end but nope--I'm closer to the 80's than the 160's. freakin sucks. I'm losing my patience and my will power. *sob* It's just to freakin' hard to keep going when the damn scale doesn't move--or moves in the wrong direction. Maybe somebody will piss me off at work today and I'll have a huge adreneline rush and bike 20 miles and do 400 situps.
I'm tired of being fat and I'm tired of those stupid gray pants not fitting every damn time I try them on. I should just return them.

Rep Power: 66 | | At some point you have to be gaining muscle weight the way you're working out Kaitie. Maybe someone somewhere knows how to chart/calculate this sort of thing and give you some peace of mind about the weight you may be gaining isn't necessarily fat.
I kinda feel you're not gaining fat with your plan. |
