My dad always wears those kinda shirts!! I wish I could at work, but I'd get fired! My fav. "I'll answer you when you stop asking stupid f**king questions!" He bought me one last week.....my mum was looking at a victoria secrets cat. and said I should buy somthing sexy for my anniversary. I laughed at her and said flannel all the way baby. Well my dad shows up with a gift a few days later, he said it was somthing a little dirty for me to wear on my anniversay! It's a flannel night shirt that has two owls on the boobs and says nice hooters! Good ole dad! keep up the good work!

Good call Jelly - i always have to watch my h20, i forget very easily and dont realize until im dry. But i have reminders and bottles of water in my house,van,workplace etc.

Haha mike, My boss is a pretty kickass boss, he would laugh at that no doubt.
Every morning he comes in to the office at 9.30am and brings me coffee!

Oh on a side note,

I peed myself silly yesterday - was in the toilet more times than not.
Thats usually a sign ive lost another couple lb/kg

I think im getting bored with the weights im doing, im debating joining a couple arobics or cadio or whatever classes they are to get my co-ordination and heart rate things going.
I have so much work on at the moment that im stressed to the max and really not sleeping well at all. I have a guy who needs this website for a client done by today and then he emails me a pic and says 'oh this is my company website can you make this by today'.
and i admit im a bit of a code and linux guru which is all fine and dandy but miricle worker i am not.
Tomorrow is my daughters birthday party so i have to organize that - though its a disco party and its pretty easy done.
I have most of the junk food etc. Im not even tempted to eat it. The protien bars are just like chocolate bars only better for me and a few less calories.
