wow, i'm sure quitting smoking and dieting is really hard, but your doing a HUGE favor to yourself down the road!! I worked as an stna for 5 yrs (quit when I was preg.) But I can not tell you just how very badly smoking effects you in your old age. I'm proud of you for giving it up Wishes!! You'll thank yourself some day!

I think its, as someone said, a good think to talk to the doctor, if nothing new then to be reassured. I went to the doc this week too (and that's a big accomplishment for me) anyway, all my worries turned out to be nothings and just to put my mind (and not to mention my parents' mind) to rest, really lifted a stone of my chest...
I like your gift-idea, that will make his ring even more special to him and congrats on the loss, way to go

I never realized how much you use those back/side muscles until they were sore lol.
Mental note: must work them out at the gym to keep them in shape!

Been to long between workouts and gym and anything. To many long days and nights, lack of sleep and too much work is an ass.

Anyway, now the finger is better but the back is sore i havnt been riding lol. Tomorrow i might be ok to ride to work presuming the weather is good. I really miss going on the bike. Its easier than dealing with the traffic for a start! I get to skip all the silly cues that cars have to deal with
Also it burns an extra 600-800 kcal a day, which is half a kg a week

I hope you can get back to your riding and some better working/sleeping hours soon now.

Anyway im probably a bit sore. No im not overly anxious about not doing exercise, ill probably go to the gym tonight unless something major comes up.

my god is that addictive and fun. but also frustrating when i get assigned a partner that sucks! lol
You just get paired up to a partner at random, and you have to give as many tags of a picture shown, when you use a tag that your partner uses then its 100pts and you move to the next picture.
Key tips:
- type as many words as you can of things in the picture (ie man, blue ,water, etc) then hit enter.
- Hit Zoom as soon as the first page loads - the pictures are a bit small otherwise
- type fast!

Well, i ate really well today, though i think i gained a little again (fluid?). Ive been eating great lately - im really proud of myself.

Sometimes ill eat my kcal but ill eat shit food, lately ive been eating more veg and less fat which is awesome.
I think the coffee at work makes me retain water somewhat though which is weird - usually it has the opposite affect. Perhaps its bloating or something.

Anyway time to go out and take the bike in for servicing

Hey Wishes - I am a worrier too but it can drive one crazy - Ive worked hard to just live in the present and live for now - Im sure all will be fine with surgery - lots of people get them all the time but couldnt imagine - I remeber when my dad was gettin his transplant how worried we were and sucha nd the waiting period, my poor mom...anyway it will all go well adn good for you on doing such a selfless thing - we all tested for my dad to see if we were matches for his kidney but none of us were - it really depressed my mom - I rember thinking and wondering the same things - if i was a match then how coudl i take time off workadn recover - who would watch my girl adn so on - he had to wait till a transplant came ready adn to him but fianlly it did and it was so awesome - he is like a new person now - your quite the amazing woman wishes - this is and was one hell of a journey to walk down for youa dn your bro and your family
