Not sure i deserve the whole oprah thing though, seriously. There are other people on this board who are just as determined and lost just as much weight etc. Quote:

If i can sustain 30km an hour 3 hours which is what im hopeing, but im guessing ill tire and be only able to sustain 25km an hour towards the end.
We'll see anyway |

Wtf is this Oprahs Couch thing? I know Oprah, and shes pretty cool, but ive never heard of her couch being something special.
| her couch got a lot of press when tom cruise hopped over it in some sort of seizure like event...
Jerry springer would be way more low brow and more my style - though Oprah does have her diet of the week so if we hit it right - it could work with her theme
That is so cool that you hit your goal... your brother must be doing backflips... |

Anyway, im only going on her couch if Mal, M2M, T2, etc etc all come too
My brother seems to be happy which is cool

Well i talked my old Cycling buddy into doing this 90km race with me on the 5th May. Hes not the most motivated cyclist at the best of times, in fact unless i go kick him out of bed he doesnt go at all!
Anyway, i said im not gonna nag him or anything, im just told him i was gonna whip his ass in this race
Yesterday as i was leaving my office my Boss says "Dont fucken bring your bike into the work place, leave it in the garage downstairs" Referring to the underground carpark below the office, normally i wouldnt give a hoot except for the fact that my bike cost me $3k (marked down from 4k) and a workmates car was ripped off from that garage less than a week ago. Grrr!
Anyway, i couldnt ride into work today like i did yesterday due to sucky weather. I hate riding in rain :O I sure hope its good weather when i do the 90km race! |

Rep Power: 15 | | | Well that really sucks if you can't bring your bike in...if that's the case you may be better off getting a used bike to ride into work...I can't imagine getting one of my bikes ripped off. I would be pissssssed. |

Maybe we should have a 5 year reunion type thing in 5 years, that way we will have time to save
As for the Oprah thing - would fantastic and awesome, but seriously the forum would go to ruin from all the new users lol. |

Rep Power: 79 | | | Im making a pact with myself here. Im a meat eat primarily. Im not much into veges and fruit a lot. So im gonna try and eat at least 2 cups of fruit and/or veges a day excluding potatos.
I started today by having a massive salad today made with 3 cups lettuce, 1 cup tomatoes and half a cup of carrot with 100gms of chicken bacon sprinkled through it for flavour. Took me a while to eat it but it was filling and tasted ok. |
