Rep Power: 79 | | I decided it was time for a clean out of subscribed threads today.
I ws subscribed to over 600 threads - i deleted anything that hadnt been posted in for more than a month and managed to get it down 100 or so.
The reason i did it was that for some reason my own diary thread suddenly 'unfiled' itself from "my own threads" which was very weird.
My friend is being induced today to hve her twins - friday the 13th!
Anyway they broke the waters on the boy (Flynn) and shes been labouring all day. But the girl baby (Crystal) hasnt turned yet.
Not to sure how its gonna pan out but im hopeing she can give birth naturally rather than go the option of C-Section.
Also, some more cool news. I get to babysit 3 kittens for 2 weeks! This is gonna be great, i can take some cool photos of them and play with them!
I love kittens, but im allergic to them when they get older (not violently so though, only if i touch them or somebody who has touched them.) |

Rep Power: 79 | | Ho hum, yet another post to my diary.
I had mashed pumpkin for dinner - yum my all time fav veg.
Also finished of the pack of chicken bacon in a bacon sammie.
The problem with eating healthy foods is that they have next to NO calories :/
So ive eaten today
Breakfast
2 slices of toast with 5 rashers chicken bacon between them (60+60+100+40(marg)=260)
Lunch
1 super mega huge salad with chicken bacon bits in it (18+100=118)
Dinner
2 cups mashed pumpkin
(100cal)
Thats like a total of 478. Add in the milk & coffees for maybe another 100kcal .. eek!
I think i may finish off the chicken bacon between a couple slices of toast (same as i had for breakfast - yes im trying to use up all the bacon lol) |

Rep Power: 17 | | Ooh, exciting news about the twins, I hope all goes well.
I love cats, but I'm badly allergic to them, so it narrows my interest of being with them in watching cats and kittens on tv and in photographs. Post some to the site, if you get good ones. Fortunately the internet is allergen free.
About the veg, where I live the health authorities recommend 400-500 grams of veg&fruit a day. With a big salad as one meal and maybe an orange and some grapes/strawberries as a snack I can do that easily. But on a day when I don't do salad as main dish it's hard to eat that much of those. So most days end up eating a salad meal anyway..
The biking season is about to start here in the north as well. I'm thinking of whether I'll buy myself a new bike or get the old one a general overhaul. It's in a really bad state, but I've had it for 20 years. But at least nobody wants to steel it.
Have a good day there!

Yeah go splurge on a new bike - it will mock you everytime you see it until you ride it, then you get your exercise! lol
Cats ARE cute, when they are kittens, but i dont really want one. So babysitting them is awesome for me
Ill post any good ones i get happily.
So i ate that other bacon sammie and im totally stuffed to bursting point. Least i made it over 800kcal mark which was good. |

So much has happend this last while for you, so I had some catching up to do I've just been so bussy... so it might be alittle late
I am so glad about the surgery working out, you are truly a heroine!! And even better to see you get the nice bonus of the healthy life reaching the goal weight. You are unstoppable and even a greater motivation for it!
I love cats too, we have about 30 at my parents (and now you probably think freaky cat people- but they are all outside and for hunting mouse, though I try to tame everyone of them) I hope you have fun with them
And as you know from my diary I am trying that soupthing you went on, though soup is getting really annoying to eat. (Stupid water with flavour!) But thank you very much for the input for making it easier! |

As for the SH diet, well ive gained back a good portion of what i lost, and ive stuck dead on my calories and exercised. I suspected it might happen somewhat, but it was fun for a while *G* Quote:
