Congrats on your bike run wow 2.5 hours I think my legs would have fell off 2 hours ago lol. What kind of bike do you have girl or boy bike? I asked this because I tried usuing my hubbys mountain bike and it is extremley uncompfy in more ways than 1 and I was wondering if a girl made bike would be more compfy?
Also sorry about the after gain of the soup I am thinking you will lose it quickly.I only did 4 whole days of the soup then ate poorly for 4 days start before soup 185.5 and this morning 181 so I am losing again I made it to 180.5 on day 5 morning after soup then I quit lol.Well have a nice day Tammy |

Try angling the front of your seat downwards, and wear padded cycling shorts
Most bike shops will fit your bike to you. Quote:

The bike does need to be properly fitted for you though - girls have shorter torso. Take it to the bike shop to get fitted - shouldnt cost much if at all.
I gained 5-6lb after the SH diet within a few days, but im loosing it again just as fast i think. The main reason for Sh diet was to kick the plateau which ive done Quote:

Rep Power: 79 | | well eating all the veges and fruit extra seems to be helping a LOT.
Though i gained 6lb after the SH diet within 5-6 days, ive now lost all of it again!
Took me a day or two to get the mix right, if you recall i ate only 800calories one day by accident. Basicly all i eat is fruit and vegetables. im skipping on as much bread as i can and keeping potatos to a minimum.
Its really good because on the SH diet you were only allowed fruit or veg, and it felt wrong. But when you mix it with a little meat or some other filler it totally fills you up and satisfys you!
Tonight i have friends over for dinner, im cooking a lamb roast, then going out to karaoke with them.
MUST CONTROL MYSELF OVER THE LAMB! To be on the safe side, im gonna leave myself a few excess calories from lunch and dinner just in case. |

Yummy sounds like a great dinner and goodluck with
having control I am sure you will do fine, plus a little meat is good for ya!
I always thought Beef is the worse meat you can eat well they have lean
I guess it's not as bad. Congrats on cutting back on bread and eating more
fruits and veggies that will do the trick to get you where you want to be.
But don't forget there are GOOD carbs and some whole wheat breads I found
are very healthy to make a turkey sandwhich occationally with.
Have a nice day and enjoy your company and dinner Tammy |

Rep Power: 38 | | | Lamb is my favorite meat. I used to think beef was really the worst too, but in general I think its all in eating natural foods rather than processed foods as well as how you cook things. A broiled filet is going to be better for you than fried chicken usually. |

MUST CONTROL MYSELF OVER THE LAMB! | I agree here - I usually only eat fruit and veggies or mostly and watch my breads adn carbs - or I eat grains - but when I go back to breads and stuff I feel awful and gain...plus it is nice to have meat thrown into the mix - lol - that is what i consider protein - ha ha ha
the lamb comment - funny - made me smile and laugh - enjoy your friends, lamb and kareoke!!! |

Rep Power: 79 | | ok just about to head off to the PT now.
Ate ok today - less veg and fruit, but still more than 1 cup of veg so im good. I also ate bread (home made chicken burger at lunch) today for the first time in a bit.
I got all my tests for the kidney thing now, tomorrow i have to do a 2 hour blood tests. If its the one i think it is i have to eat/drink some super sugary shit which is probably massivly excessive in calories then get tested.
Im talking like 1 ltr of super sugar water that probably has 500-1000kcal. Not good for the diet! i think i might have to have fruit yogurt for lunch and veg to make up for it lol.
Anyway - bbl! PT can give me a calorie burning workout! |

You'll soon use all the calories in the sugar concoction the way you're using your bike!
