I did! it was awesome. The guy is a 'Work Smarter, not Harder' person. He really knows his shit.
He does one on one sessions only. You go once a week, for 30 mins each time. You do weights primarily, he gives you a full stretch, then massage. You leave feeling like jelly and your muscles no longer work, its sore for 2-3 days afterwards, then you go back a week later!

So im seeing about doing a contra deal so i can get it cheaper and a better workout

Congratulations on the workout. What an exciting bonus to add to your mix right now! Having a trainer while you work with weights really sounds great - especially if you pull off the contra!!

I can't handle the amount of fat in the cuts of lamb I used to eat. I eat different types now, but I still looove my lamb. Did you guys get that Tom Cruise lamb advert? (It probably lost its zing after he started getting bad press but it worked at the time. )

Oh yeah, took me a while to figure it out

Never got that advert - lol , but NZ is land of sheep so we get a lot and cheap
I usually pick less fatty bits and cut off the fat, Did you know that in a cup of lamb, without fat is 200-300 calories, with fat still on is about 500!
i mean you can eat twice as much if you cut the fat off! :O

Anyway tests went well, the syrup had 300 calories in it (i read the bottle lol)
But since i hadnt had breakfast (had to starve 12 hours before the tests) i just had a normalish to larger lunch and didnt go over on calories.
Not eating breakfast makes you HUNGRY though. All day i felt soo hungry like i just *had* to munch and eat! it was horrid.
I can see how skipping meals can make you eat more i tell you!

I figured i would play hookey from work today. So i enjoyed myself, trotted about the shops for a while, read a book etc. Generally had fun.
Satisfied the munchies with carrots and hummus (ohh yumm!) and had butter chicken for dinner (low cal version).

Im gonna go head out for a jog to use some of it up i think heh, It never fails to put me on a couple lb overnight just about!

I finally got around to taking some kitten photos also, and visiting another friend of mine, ended up dyeing her hair black (a 40+yo wanting to be goth?! wtf?! wrinkles and goth just dont work!).

Haha probably, i didnt hang around to see. *ewww* :O
Goth only ever suits a female when shes super skinny and young and its done right. And even then its pretty garish. Guys kinda suit it better, so long as they are tall and weedy. But even then anyone over 20 doing the goth phase is jut trying to hard to recapture their youth lol

well yeah. that was my way of thinking too. i got a new pe teacher yesterday too cos my old one left. i am taking a level pe (which in england is the last set of exams before university .. the university you go to depends on the grades you get at a level)
anyway he is as thick as 2 planks :| he couldnt get the powerpoint to work and eventually when he did he read it off to us (didnt jgo into any detail) and also gave us the powerpoint slides on a piece of paper. he did one demonstration the whole lesson and did it wrong. ohgod. where do they get these people from???
i think we need some intelligence to go into the sport industry
