That is AMAZING :O:O:O You are sexy! How did you do it!?! Well obviously diet and exercise, but is there anything that really really helped? A specific exercise? |

Rep Power: 79 | | heh see the link in my sig, lots of people ask that :O
And to be honest, im happy with my self now (looks and feel) though i still wish to loose more weight and become 'normal'
I suspect the reason im happy with myself now is not because im slim - far from it, im not slim at all yet. But because im slim compared to what i was before.
I mean i thought i was slim 20kg/40lb ago, but looking back now on it im like 'god i was soooo not!' so i full expect the same to happen when im down to my goal weight.
Anyway im still in the high 180s in weight, im focusing on exercise and eating right more than weight loss now. I want to be in peak condition. Now im down to a weight that i can be operated on, i can focus on just being healthy rather than dieting. The rest will come off slower - but as i said, im kinda happy where im at for now |

I always love looking at your progress you are so inspiring!!I love the confidence in your pictures, you look so happy and so great!
Ok here is a good question have you swim suite shopped yet and if so any reccomendations on what type of suite will work with keeping the "GALS" in place but still look sexy? I have tried several tankinis and I am starting to think they just don't make them for people who have boobs? Congrats on your success so far and can't wait to see more pics of your progress!!
I think you know why I am asking ya about the swim suite.Tammy |

Rep Power: 79 | | i miss not dropping large amounts in small periods of time though
Today is a shit day for me, in fact a shit week.
Last night the teenage went off the rails, attacked my husband because he got told off .. my husband is not exactly a big guy...and most definatly not strong. Then he blockaded himself into the bedroom (he couldnt get out the 2 story window). Me fearing that he would do something stupid like suicide shoved the door open pushing the desk and toy boxes and drawers out of the way, smashing a few things in the process. Then i cleared his room of any large object whilst he lay in bed. Soon after he went off for a walk to his god fathers all upset as if we did something wrong, when he was clearly at fault.
Anyway so im mega stressed about that whole thing - plan to talk to son tonight about it. I cancelled the PT today because i didnt want to leave husband and son alone together. the other 3 kids are playing up, im tired, my work computer is STILL playing up like a bitch so ive got exactly NO work done in days and everything is backed up and urgent.
Arg i just want to go run or cycle or something and get away from it all. Currently i have 3 kids in their bedrooms, the oldest is off with his god father till later thank god.

Rep Power: 35 | | | Sorry to hear about your troubles with your son. The teenage years are so tough. We had lots of tear-filled moments, I can tell you that. But eventually you emerge from the tunnel. I'm convinced the teenage years are there to get you good and ready to accept the empty next that awaits you. |

Rep Power: 22 | | sorry for us teens causing you guys so much hassle although sometimes it does feel like a two-way thing! on saomedays though i can see that the "grownups" are right .. damn its annoying
hope hes cleared it from his system wishes and that you have much better day.
and for nia page -- Big Bust: When looking for a swimsuit to flatter a large bust, be familiar with the amount of bra support you need. Many women with large breasts make the mistake of choosing a swimsuit with no support. Swimsuit manufacturers now produce a variety of swimsuits with hidden underwires in both bikini and maillot styles. A hidden underwire helps to lift and support the bust. Try a swimsuit with a bandeau-style top or wide-set straps to minimize the bust, but be sure to choose a pretty, young color to avoid looking too matronly.
so im guessing if its support you want then maybe --- Martini - Designer bikinis and bathing suits St. Topez - Designer bikinis and bathing suits

Just do what my daughter does - shes 11 and informs me nothin makes a set of knockers better than 3 pair underwear down each side! |

Rep Power: 18 | | | Hi Wishes!! I have survived 2 teenagers, and am getting to the end with the third child. Rough, rough, rough!!! I could go on for hours here, but won't. I think trying to talk with him is best. Keep the communication lines open, and "agree to disagree" at times. The only thing I did that I felt helped was to inform my kids that "you can disagree with me, and I will listen to you, however, you will do it respectfully". I've only a couple situations where things got out of hand. I probably am too lenient at times as well, and too strict at others. However, two of my kids have flown from the nest, and are surviving nicely. Being a teen is not easy, that's for sure. Good luck!! |
