Rep Power: 18 | | Good Morning!! You did so well in the race! Running out of water must have been scary along with physically uncomfortable. How close are you now to your goal for surgery? |

Lol I saw "SH" I want to run away now,I am joking.
I think the best thing that came out ofthat was maybe usung the soup
for snacky reasons but not for a meal it is healthy low cal and good for ya so maybe instead of the 100 cal snacks have the soup I think it would work better that way.
Your doing great Wishes and congrats on fishing the race and forgetting the pack w/ water.I was afraid to post here because I try to make a funny and I think you took it for real when I said DRIVE BY ? I was joking although I didn't have alot to say that day I was in and out I still wanted to stop by.
Your weight will drop again soon there is always a # that sticks and is hard to pull out of and 180's were bad for me I spent 5 months in the 180's BUT my fault for cheating all the dang time.
Hope you have a nice day.Any more races in the future? Tammy |

Sorry if i went overboard the other day, i was exhausted from the race and travelling. Quote:

And the pics from the race went online today - i edited out the water marks on them (after nicking them from the site unpaid for lol) hence why there is a few odd blurry bits
Lookin at these pics, i clearly have a few lb to go! man i look chunky next to the other super slim riders |

Nice bike by the way.....Tammy | Nah not sunburnt - just exertion or the editing. Couuld have also been the cold - it was almost at freezing point lol.
The bike better look good for the price i paid for it lol.
Anyway, ive been increasing my calorie intake slowly. it used to be 1200, now im averaging 1300-1400. Ill eventually get it up to 2000 by the time im getting to eventual goal weights.
Hopefully my metabolism wont be too screwed from being so low all the time. and the cycling should help it a fair bit |

Rep Power: 43 | | Thanks for the pictures wishes. I didn't think you looked very bulky by yourself, but I can see that you would notice the difference to a typically sized race rider. Bike riders do tend to look especiallly thin don't they? (Pic of the future wishy?) You already have a skinny bike anyhow.
I'm still keen to see how you place when you've lost the rest of the weight and remember the right clothes and have all your water!! I bet you are too! |
