Wow!!!! I just watched your movie and am blown away. And all your amazing cycling accomplishments. Just incredible, and you look fabulous and so naturally happy in your latest photos. I am just so happy for you. And killer leg muscles. And I also checked out your website - very cool, and informative.
So I better get my booty moving later today........

ahh but i am only one of many. Whilst my transformation is great, and im most happy with it, im humbled by others who have done just as much and more on here.
Going out to dinner tonight - im having trouble with the silly season lately, to many days where im eating out - its extremely hard to control myself sometimes, and in fact some times i havnt.
The weather has turned and ive been struggling to get out on the bike or do any exercise. I think i should take up running so i can do it when its windy or wet.
I keep saying this but never do it.
We all run into this, me included, I won't lie. I'm not always happy with some of my choices and my biggest pitfall is "I can get back to this later" mentality.
I have lost my edge, truly - the embers aren't burning like they were a year ago at this time.
I'm still in the fight, though. Just know you're not alone. Maybe I just needed a place to vent, too.
There is a double edged sword here. Most people who only see short term goals never would have had the patience to stick it out and get to where you are. On the other hand, its harder for those of us who can look long term to really bear down for a sprint sometimes. This is definitely a marathon and not a sprint so don't put pressure on yourself over the speed with which weight comes off. Just keep plugging away and making good choices.
