I was looking at your picture and your weight and realized I would have to lose thirty five pounds to get down to 155. It was good to see that number. If you can lose that much weight it gives me hope that I can do this again, and this time I'm starting out at 190 instead of 200 a year ago. If I lose twenty again I will be at 170.

Sorry, I'm rambling in your diary but its helping me to visualize. I did lose twenty pounds in four months last January.

Unfortunatly the chocolates have been calling my name today. Luckily ive been eating lower calories so i havnt gone over, but ive not been as low as i could have done :/

Your pictures are always great to see, because your TOTALLY yourself in each and everyone and "THAT" is what captures good pictures! I think with myself, I try to damn hard to find just the right pose or how to place my face, you know those stupid ass STAGED pictures, I think we are all guilty of that. But you always look great and like your having fun and you just look happy! Those big boys were sexy! LOL LOL

Im somewhat paranoid about putting on weight now paniced that im suddenly going to bloom back into what i was overnight but i have to kick myself into believing thats not gonna happen unless i do a lot more than 3 days!

Oh and speaking of awkward photos, my hubby always takes a terrible photo, he gets very self aware and goes cross eyed and never seems to smile so most photos of him look aweful lol. Hes more of a geek than social person

i was looking at photos, its amazing how clothes can make you look slimmer.

Took some really bad pics today whilst up at Tree Adventures. Its a playground of cool rops and logs and stuff between trees you have to go through.
