Rep Power: 79 | | cant be bothered posting a new thread in before/after so heres the updated pics
You can see clearly here the thunder thighs of which im guessing a fair portion is skin as well as fat :O
Im not sure what portions of what are where but if i pull the skin back they look normal, if i leave the skin it looks real thick at the top in an unnatural way.
Anyhoo, those are the new jeans i got they look way better with my other top however this is not always about hiding the flaws but showing them too, hence why im not likeing these pics much but they are honest pics
now i know like a billion of females claim they have broad shoulders here, but i think most of thats wishful thinking. This is what broad shoulders looks like - kinda man like :O |

Rep Power: 85 | | I put this in Kim's diary - I am so impressed at the way you are dealing with chocolate anyway. Quote:

Rep Power: 79 | | hehe im struggling with the chocolate thing lately. Must be the heat lol.
So hot here, the tar on the road is melting. Went to the pools and spent the day there. I bought a string bikini top! OMG!
Oh yeah! and a guy was totally checking me out at the pool. The sleeze was doing it right in front of his wife/gf and child no less :O I just hunched over to make sure all my skin hung out disgustingly
Even with suntan lotion all day i managed to get a bit of red on the skin. |

Rep Power: 79 | | tips and advice? i dunno, i muddled through and devised my own ways of doing things and getting around stuff.
If i dont buy it i dont eat it - i dont buy junk food now so when i get the munchies theres never any around (xmas and birthdays are a challenge but i try and budget it around).
Never let myself get hungry otherwise i overeat (if i know dinner is miles away and i only have 500 calories left for the day ill eat 100 calories early arvo so im not starved and can live on the 400 left rather than eat 800)
Always eat breakfast, otherwise i find myself at the end of the day with wicked munchies
The occasional day with oats for breaky, and only veg for the rest of the day (tons of it so im not hungry) helps both the guilt of a binge r party the day before and calories. Some days ive done this and eaten as low as 600-800 calories and still been full and its made up for the 3000 i ate the day before Not a common occurance though and it takes mega will power (learnt this off the sacred heart diet)
Keep note on snacks, they add up - 100 here, 100 there, soon adds up to 600 a day This means no nibbling when dishing up, less coffees unless its traditional rather than espressos with the milk.
The most important thing ive learnt. Giving food away and throwing it out. Just because we bought a whole cake doesnt mean we have to eat it. Sometimes ive had my calories as have the kids and theres cake left over. THROW IT IN THE BIN!
YES! perfeectly good yummy cake - in the bin! When you count the cost in $ , that cake probably cost $5 . you only threw $2 or so away. Its not *that* big a deal. If there are leftovers from dinner, eat them for lunch the next day ... in fact if you eat half whats on your plate, put the rest away for lunch and then you only ate half as much as you would normally but dont feel denied because you get a better lunch than others as a reward!
Okay, i took some pics with my sister today. yes i did suck it in a bit, but you can see my tummy skin in these pics <- thar be the flab. Not an overly great pic but you get the idea of the amount of hang i have.
And heres me and my sister in the sun in our togs (these were taken deliberatly posed stupid to antagonize her friends in the freezing snow in switzerland!) |

Rep Power: 79 | | Oh yeah i guess i never mentioned my sister is handicapped. Shes actually bit taller than she looks if she could stand up straight but she cant
Technically she shouldnt be alive and half her brain is missing, but that didnt stop her IQ from being 185 (150 is classified as genius). |

Id like to thank all those who supported me back then in the early days. I was a pretty up my self know-it-all prat (probably still am) who never took the time to thank those who supported me and helped me. |

Im doing the same with my kids trying to make it fun, getting them into stuff like Tree Adventures, playing laser tag and stuff.
bmohearn: dont have any motivation sorry. Got sick of waiting for the mythical motivation, i just wanted to donate a kidney to my brother, not die before the kids grew up, and look hot before i was 40 i guess. There were times i had to just force myself to do stuff even though i hates it :/ |

Rep Power: 43 | | It looks like you're having a wonderful energetic holiday!!
I love all the pics! i see what you mean about the skin maybe skewing your look temporarily - but it's a great look all the same!! I think you have more hair just now than you sometimes do - that looks great too. I hope you weren't down on that guy for checking you out while you were wearing a string bikini!! That's what they're for, right! |

Rep Power: 66 | | Hey Liz, it is what it is.
I reckon I could more or less post some excess skin pics too but nothing diminishes we're fucking way ahead of the game. I'd rather have 10-15 lbs of unsightly, ugly skin no one is going to see than 160 lbs I couldn't hide.
I still glow looking at your weight loss. You're Aces, sport-o. |
