WOW,
wishes you look amazing! I had seen your avatar and was going to comment but I am glad I came over here and checked out the whole gallery before saying anything. Just WOW! Nobody would ever believe you were 300 pounds EVER!
Also where exactly do you have excess skin?? Your arms look better than mine and I am 23!!
Actually if I reach my goal by August (120) I want to go to a professional photographer and have some pics taken of me, to show the grandkids one day, of how darn hot their nana was! You have that behind you, your grandkids won't get over those pics, I tell ya!
GF is the way to go. It takes some adjusting, especially when you live in a household of non-coeliacs, but once you got used to it, ahhh... the beauty of not feeling bloated, the magnificence of not having cramps, and diarrhoea and vomiting and the knowledge you are doing your body good!
I am happy to continue on this diet for the rest of my life (even though my siblings were horrified and my kiddos told me "pasta and pizza are good for you!").
Still amazed, Camy

Im not a coeliacs, i just find weight loss goes better without that crap - a LOT better! And yeah by all means get the photos when you get to the goal weight! im loving mine!
My excess skin is lower back, upper thighs, tummy. I do have it on my arms a little, but i can live with that, its very minor in comparison to everything between waist and knees!

She could easily be my forum crush if I was forum crush kinda guy. Hot describes her quite nicely.

hehe, now I can see why you labeled yourself 'wishes'. If ever there were a time to say 'be careful what you wish for', this is the time for such a saying
The illness that would create to the forum would assure a rapid weight loss to ALL viewers - honest.
heya lemon, i would have said the same 2 weeks back, but although i miss them, i dont crave them. I only miss them in respects for them being easy and no preperation involved, but in fact it astounds me that i dont crave it at all, in fact i dont really crave anything, i havnt had a craving since i started this. I have wants, but thats about it. I dont seem to be even half as hungry either.
Todays menu
