yes sorry pumice i couldnt for the life of me remember the name for it Lol but i knew that you would know what i meant by saying lava rocks! my mum absolutly loves the stuff she says it makes her feet so soft!
no cravings, no binges, no hunger, lots of results!! (the latter being the most important!)
1 cup lean meat and as many vegs as you want 3 times a day. No breads or potatos, no processed stuff. though to be honest ive had the odd cookie or 50-100cal treat here and there. But the weight is seriously just falling off. Every single day, even TOM i lost weight!
On another note, i got the call ive been waiting for! Thats Life magazine, its an australasian magazine, rang me up. They are doing an article on me! pics and full page article thing and i get paid!
Unfortunatly you guys wont get the mag, though felici should be able to. Ill scan a copy whenever it goes in. Probably take a month or two before its published.
I might be taking you up on that diet. My scale hasn't budged more than 0.2lbs in two weeks, even though I'm working my buns off. It sucks.

oh sigh, that was the end of the non-processed diet. Nachos were nice for dinner though lol.
Sticking to normall foods again as of tonight for a couple of days.
Well i rode my bike today did a slow 30km with daughter, and then a very fast 10km because she ended up cramping and so a friend went past, noticed, and gave her a lift the last 10km in the car, i had to ride and keep up. I arrived about 2 mins after them having a full blown asthma attack lol.
Pancakes for lunch today, then tomorrow ill go back on the veg and meat diet thing that worked so well.

somebody turned up with the yummiest carrot cake ever. I ended up having 1 and a half slices.
Anyhoo had the worst munchies all day today, but other than the cake ive done ok.
Working different hours is messing with the usual diet, lunch and eating times are all at different hours of the day (breakfast at 8am instead of 6, lunch at 1pm instead of 11am etc).
Its my daughters birthday today anyway, so only have dinner to go
ok dinner was ok, it was a normal dinner, so over all i probably ate maintaince calories. I did 40mins on the bike on the wind trainer.
Today i was determined to bike to work, got the gear on, got out the drive, waved to daughter at the bus stop, rode another 20 mtrs and then it bucketd down. I thought 'oh well i can ride in rain' .... for about 2 minutes at which point i was saturated and gave in, rode back home, got in the car lol.
Ill do the wind trainer tonight again when i get home after dinner.
Pumpkin for breaky, i have cauli for lunch, not to sure whats for dinner, but im sticking to the vege theme for the day.
Also, you're diet sounds almost like a PSMF. Almost... protein sparing modified fast.

Just realized ive been snacking on some sugar free mints here, wondering if thats had an impact. Ever since i started eating them the weight loss stopped lol.
Thank god they ran out today. Life and work is pretty busy, been eating well today. Getting used to new work hours is fun :/
Nah, that small amount of carbs isn't going to matter. 50grams per day or so and below is ketosis. But ketosis doesn't matter for fat loss.
Eating more than that can tend to cause a bit more flux in terms of water/glycogen weight depending on a few things... but that's not fat, so who cares.
