Rep Power: 79 | | nah it was the aspartamine i was thinking of, seems to make me constipated.
Either way im back on the wagon now, no more jelly beans and cake, a weekend of semi controlled gluttony plus cycling is a good reward for sticking with it for 3 weeks. Weather is very cold and windy and wet so ive been on the indoor trainer a lot, its boring and hard to slog it out for more than 20-30 mins, but im doing several batches of that whilst watching tv.
The new hours are most definatly suiting me better even though i have less time for other things. I get to wake up and go to bed with my husband, and burn off a few extra calories more often, if ya get my meaning.
I was driving to work this morning and smelt a funny smell in the car, then i realized it smelt like yogurt ... ahh crap! my 1kg yogurt fell over on the passengers seat and went down the side of the chair. I need to drive with less enthusiasm i think lol. I didnt stop, i figured the mess was made and waited until i got to work to clean it up. Luckily there was still enough left for breakfast, and i still had cleaning rags in the car from when i tinted the windows on the weekend |

Rep Power: 13 | | | Sorry i haven't visited, very busy very busy indeed on this front.
but thank you for your little posts in my diary I really do appreciate them.
If you want a fun fact about yoghurt, here it goes: if you pour it into an overhead projector just before geography lesson, and the geography teacher uses that overhead projector the room will start to smell of smoke, and eventually the smoke alarm will go off.
The overheadprojector will most likely have to be thrown out and your parents will get a quite high bill (and that was shared among the 24 of us, because nobody came out and said it was him... or her). they won't be happy!

Rep Power: 79 | | | well i re-gained a bit and now its going again. i think the gain was water retention - but i hate it anyway lol.
Lol Camy, i love that idea, sounds like fun! Life is uber busy, and changing the schedule means changing the way i eat which is in fact making it easier funnily enough to eat less.
Im awake less, and im busyier more, so i eat less.
Today being a weekend was a 900 calorie breakfast - yum pancakes bacon bananas muffins etc ... oooo yum!
Tomorrow im cycling anyway. |

Rep Power: 79 | | | arg i hve hurt my leg, ive been eating garbage again also. At least the Jelly beans are all gone now. I did have 2kg but ive slowly been eating them over ages. got to the point they were calling my name. I was eating to many.
Anyway i feel like a doofus about the leg, its the same injury i had a while back earlier in the year. I was sitting with one ankle up on the other knee ... anyway spending a day like this watching a movie with a laptop on my leg, somehow i strained it again. Its a groin injury, so its gonna be a pain in the butt for ages!
anyhoo work is busy, havnt been cycling, got a bum leg, overworked tired etc. |

Rep Power: 9 | | | I'm so sorry you're not feeling well. I know what you mean about hurting yourself by sitting stupidly--I seem to do it all the time. Keep your chin up!

Rep Power: 79 | | regained most of what i lost before - well at least 5lb anyway, i blame the jelly beans.
I also blame stress and fucked up hours, and i blame the fact that ive had a few smokes off friends which has brought on the cravings mega bad. And in general i blame everything except me
I cycled to work today, the diet is gonna be back on track cause otherwise my clothes wont fit!
I bought some new jackets to keep warm as i had nothing that fit that was warm :/ |

Rep Power: 79 | | At the moment everythings hanging on when i get this darned surgery really, My life and everythings on hold.
Im somewhat peeved about the re-gain of some weight, but also its the off season i need/deserve a break. I think im finally past the *panic* part of re-gaining weight, because i know how to get rid of it. Im more into the 'remembering to eat healthy' part which i forget. Its easy to slip into old habits
If life stayed the same i would be able to stick with things a lot easier, the whole adapting to enviroment part keeps throwing me, however less and less each time. Having to adapt for various changes in lifestyle, finding time to exercise between working fulltime and 4 kids and being FREAKING FREEZING winter |

Rep Power: 182 | | | It's a never-ending learning process. You'll be fine.
It's when people lose all the weight and completely revert back to their old ways that get ugly. I have faith you aren't one of those individuals. |

Rep Power: 79 | | yeah, i dont think ill ever go back to old habits again, the trick is trying to stick with the good ones. the bad ones just seem to creep back on in there. And to be honest, id love to go back to old eating habits and be able to eat what i want where i want and gorge myself to the point of oblivion, but i dont want the repercussions of that
Biked to work again in the icy freezing morning, got to work rasping like the asthmatic i am (cold dry weather does it for me everytime!). all servers were broken and down when i got here (well thats what everone says "OMG TEH INTAHWEB IS BUSTED!"), and some bright spark decided to hard reset a couple of them thinking it might fix it (which of course it just made it worse).
Anyway i rebooted the correct machine, made sure the others were all working THEN i went and had breakfast and coffee with hubby and the cafe |

Rep Power: 79 | | man this article in a magazine has become a bohemoth. They keep asking for more and more photos, and large good quality (which i dont have many older ones of!)
Anyway now they want even more and are telling me what to wear and how to pose with what in the background and i have to wear MAKEUP. Because apparently they decided to put me on the front cover! :O
WOOOT! ME! A COVER GIRL!!! !!!! |
