Rep Power: 11 | | Hey Wishes - long time no see!!!
I can't believe how well you've done, it really is amazing. And now you're all set to become a real-life heroine too. I'll try not to overdo the praise (don't want to get on your wick - yep, definately a Brit saying ), but you are pretty well a superstar
Keep up the super work - you're an inspiration |

I have wind trainer class tonight for an hour also which i didnt recall until later so thats all good.
The Lungs seem much better today, i did have a little trouble when doing some things so i had to take it a little easier than i would have liked. |

Rep Power: 79 | | | family had nachos , i had 1 cup of corn chips and 1T sour cream and 2 more cheesy sausages :O
Then did wind training/spin classes for an hour at which point i started flagging pretty bad from long hours and lots of exercise.
Then i ate a muesli bar, half a mellow puff (marshmellow cookie my daughter had) and some lite yogurt.
Not too much exercise for me today i figured i would be sore, i woke up and boy was i right.
Breaky was 2 slices of toast (yes i know its bread, but i got some new flour and was using the breadmaker and wanted to make sure it tasted ok etc).
Lunch is steak and salad (work lunch) and cooked pumpkin for snacks,
Dinner is apricot chicken - not to sure what im cooking to go with that. |

Glad to hear that there is a green light on the surgery. I will definitely be thinking about you and your brother. What's the recovery time like? |

Rep Power: 79 | | recovery time isnt to bad apparently.
My main goal for now is get the excessive eating phase ive been going through. I think its related to stress about the new job, moving house, and of cours the surgery.
got up late today, had cornflakes weetabix and a piece of toast. its kinda breakfast and lunch all in one |

Rep Power: 15 | | Hey Wishes! I know I haven't been really good about stopping in regularly to your journal but I have been peeking in on occasion and I just have to congratulate you on getting your surgery date set. I'm sure that it is probably fairly stressful and scary (major surgery does that) but wow. . . .what an awesome thing you are doing. And what an amazing thing you have already done! And as to the gain recently, I just have to say that between a new job, moving and major surgery, the fact that you still continue on a path of fitness and good health is really impressive. |

Rep Power: 79 | | ok eating too much bread again, problem is that i have a breadmaker and instead of my own recipe im using a packet one because they were marked down from $11 a bg to $3 a bag (i bought 8 bags of the stuff, which is about 32 loafs of bread worth).
Breakfast was 1 slice of toast and a large mocha.
Lunch was a cheesy sausage and mashed pumpkin.
Dinner is gonna be roast lamb so im guessing ill probably overeat (lamb = weakness for me), so ill bulk the roast out with as many vegetables as i can and try and fill up on that. |

Rep Power: 79 | | yeah comes back faster than it goes away lol.
Not weighing at the moment - just trying to get healthy in both eating and exercise.
Up at 5.50am again and at the gym for 45 mins of solid cardio (woke up laterlol)
Breaky was a large slice of toast, and bowl of porridge (oatmeal for you US guys i think).
Lunch is a corn cob, and some pumkin, plus a little bit of lamb leftovers from dinner last night. Surprisingly i didnt overeat the lamb as well last night, though i did have about 3 slices of bread!
Went for a 30 min slow jog after dinner with my daughter (thats why it was slow hehe) which made me feel better about it all
Having an ipod shuffle makes all the exercise better i notice. Its small and clips onto clothing and doesnt bounce about. I always wondered why anyone would want a small mp3 player with no screen but now i know! ideal for exercise when you just want some music to do it too. |

Rep Power: 79 | | | ok i ended up having an extra half scone for lunch, but other than that it was pretty much as planned. Im getting hungry now but there isnt much to eat so ill probably opt for a cup of tea.
Dinner is a pie, maybe some veg if i can be bothered (im pretty tired today). | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
