Rep Power: 182 | | Glad you were able to 'show them the light' when it came to their diet.
And congrats on the article! You've always got people knocking down your door for that kind of stuff. |

Rep Power: 79 | | | nah i did regain a fair bit, probably about 15lb at a guess from my lowest. But theres no mystry in it, moving house and quitting smoking plus a couple birthday parties and a house warming thrown in. New town and lots of new and interesting Cafes. I enjoyed it but its time to stop again lol.
So i was up at 5:30am this morning and on the Spin bike at 6am till 7am.
Got home had toast for breaky, sammies for lunch.
Feeling ill atm because my period arrived which gives me really bad cramps. Debating pulling out of the evening class tonight but so far im still good.
First day of the aunty flo is always tiring and painful. But i got a curry and i cant eat it for dinner unless i do the other RPM class. |

Rep Power: 79 | | Was booked for thursday RPM class, But had to go sort things for my new car, i took it for a test drive, then was supposed to go another 15km north to pickup stools for my kitchen. So i canceled the RPM class (had to to get to get there by 6pm to sign papers).
Anyway then after leaving i realized i had left my phone with all the details in it in the car i test drove so i went back and the car yard had closed. So i had to drive back to the town i live in, then back out another hours drive to pickup the stools. Grr frustrated.
So to make up for it i cycled this morning back to the other town, picked up my phone, then cycled back to my town which was a round trip of about 57kms (30mi?). So i got my phone and exercise after all. yaay!
Unfortunatly i had to do that because last night after loosing the phone and having to do 3 hours of traveling i ended up buying JUNK FOOD! both BK combo and a small KFC combo throughout the ordeal.
I did have a xenical pill after the KFC when i got home because i felt so bad. I had them left over from when i was really really fat. So combined that pill and the cycling i should have hopefully call it even :| |

Im feeling the pain.
Woke up this morning dry as a bone, hungry and barey abe to move. Being a sunday and 7:30am i took a fibre pill, and 2 nurofen pills with a large cup of water and went back to bed (the fibre fills up the tummy - helps with constipation etc).
Eventually got up at 9:30am and there wasnt any milk for coffee etc. went shopping and now im finally awake and had coffee. Im sore .. not the legs or ass - ive been doing spin class. But the neck and lower back etc ... and they go through your entire body :O
My daughter has requested stealing my antique bike, apparently its 'cool'
So i found another online and im buying it. Google Raleigh 20 if you want to see a really comfy and apparently cool bike - must be a retro thing |
