I could only imagine how much candy I would have had to give that kid! Bob is staying home to pass out candy this year (we normally leave a big bowl and use the honor system), and his only job is to make sure it is GONE by the time Megan and I get back from trick or treating  |

Went to the gym today and gave the upper body a workout. I noticed today also that i can actually see muscle now in my arms and legs! wow the fat is finally retreating! |
