Rep Power: 79 | | Okay well the lite cream sucks major ass. You cant whip it at all. Of course it doesnt say that except in fine print at the bottom of the label that i happened to miss the first 2 times. SO yeah anyway 2 bottles of that got tipped down the sink, husband went out and got a spray can one that was just as low fat and pre-whipped.
I skipped the ice cream and just had pancakes with imitation maple and fruit & cream - it was nice
nice day today - i think i may go for a ride or run or something. |

Rep Power: 79 | | went a wee bit over on cal yesterday but nothing major major and it was a birthday after all.
I turned my alarm off and went back to sleep again this morning. Its becomming a bad habit.
So Ive cycled to work - and once im home again thats about 60 mins hard out cycling for the day. Im gonna do that every day rain or shine. I can throw a spare set of clothes if needed in the husbands car (he works in the building next to mine) so i can get changed if its to wet.
I think im all Gym'd and weights'd out for now. Cycling to and from work saves getting up early in the morning at 5am and burns just as many cal. I only have 15kg(approx 30lb) to go before i hit my first goal. I made my goal big, it was 55kg/120lb. So when i get to it I will be most happy. But then diet and exercise will take a backseat whilst i donate my kidney to my brother. Once im over that (probably a monthish) Ill be back on the wagon again.
Im so close to that goal though i can almost taste it
All the cycling is bound to be good for the heart to make sure im in fit shape for surgery. I think thats my biggest worry at the moment anyway. Im to young to die on the operating table :/

just stopping in to see how your doing. You're so close to your goal, you're strong, and healthy, you should bounce back pretty quick from the table. Have a fantastic week, and enjoy the bike rides!
damn it, it's like you're mocking me, here I am in Canada unable to cycle *pouts* |

Rep Power: 17 | | | You've done such an incredible job getting yourself healthier, and in shape. I will keep you and your brother in my thoughts as you both undergo surgery. I agree anesthesia and surgery can be scarey, however, they would tell you if your risks were too great to do it. |

Rep Power: 79 | | | Man today was a mission and a half :/
Kids birthday party ending up with a window getting smashed, screaming boys everywhere, everyone angst and tired and grumpy.
Next year I think ill pay for McDonalds Party :O
On the other hand i did bike to work and back again (like yesterday) and burnt another 850 cal.
Tomorrow im working from home so ill have to sit on the exercycle or use the weight machine i think.
I think im gonna go add up my fitday (binged on chippies a little) and then soak in a bath. |

LMAO, It does sound like quite the party! Hope all is well now Wishes!
I'm with you on the more strenuous activity. I was just posting that I'm getting bored with Curves now and am really wanting to take a Kick Boxing class at my local Y...I just feel guilty about backing out on the girls. I wish I could bike to work, I'd pass out and die! That and with my daughter in tow, it'll take us 3 days! LOL
I think donating your kidney to your brother is an awesome thing to do, you're a great sister! Have a wonderful day! |

Rep Power: 79 | | lol OHD, i was just reading and replying to that post too
Its funny how you think "this is it! this is the exercise i want to do" then a few months down the track you think "hmm this looks cool too".
I suppose because you generally dont want to do xxx originally because you arnt able to do it physically. but after all the hard work at the first exercise suddenly all these doors open up and HELLO WE HAVE A NEW SPORT/HOBBY!
I would never try aerobics or stuff before, i knew i would make a fool of myself with fat flapping and falling over myself - but now boy im keep to give a few of those boxing and other classes a go! | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
