I thought of a lot more positive things I could've said after I had already pressed submit. But I figured since you got all "deep" that I'd follow suit.
I met Magic Johnson during my internship at hospital when I was in college. He's WAYY bigger than he looks on TV. SEE! I could've said that versus telling my sad life's story! It's ok though, because I use it all to make me the BEST parent I can possibly be...but still the story about Magic is better, eh?

Sorry! I've definitely been there, done that and I buried the ship in the middle of the sea! I try to see the silver lining in things...but some times those little boogers are tucked DEEP within! LOL Good thing I'm persistent...or a nag. Semantics!
Its so cold out and there's freezing rain falling ... I want to be home in front of my fire place only I don't want to go out into the cold to get home! Hmmm, I'm in a bit of a pickle here. Too bad I can't wiggle my nose like on Bewitched and appear at home! *sigh*

Anyway, hopeing for a good weightloss week this week.
Ive burnt a total3366 calories this week on cycling alone, thats an extra half kg or lb. Im kicking things up a notch with the cardio.
I havnt been to the gym for 2 weeks now - i really need to maintain the muscle mass ive built up, but i just found the 5am mornings a little hard.
I have a home gym im thinkin of using as well. Anyway im late for work - see yall!
5 am!! Yikes, that is hard. I would totally try and use that home gym you have. Great job, and I love the tag game you started.
It is fun to go through the posts and read about everyone.

its not to bad if you go to bed at 9pm the night before, but at the moment i have too much work and im working till 11, so 5am just isnt possible.
Im at work, i cycled the 9km here in 25 mins as usual. But man i *REALLY* just about didnt cycle today. I had to mentally kick myself repeatedly. It would have been so fricken easy to just get into the van and drive.
I know i wont be cycling tomorrow, so i had to do it today. today makes 4 days in a row, saturday im hopeing to do a long haul cycle up to a local township about 40-50km away where they have awesome hotpools.
Get the husband to meet me there and have a swim as a family then drive home
