well i have a personal yay

My scales arrived at long last. They dont do the fat % or water % because they dont measure that big
What a bugger eh! lol
Well thats what i presume is the problem anyway. but for now they do give me the weight. Now i just have to compare them to the ones at the gym and see how different they weigh

Cool! Congrats on the delivery! I'm wishing I hadn't taken mine back to the store, but on the other hand I'm glad I did. I'd wake up in the middle of the night and weigh ...it was bad! Enjoy your new scales! With the hard work you're putting in I'm sure the numbers on that baby will be steadily dropping.

Keep forgetting about the darn time differences. It was almost 10 til 9 am here when I left that. At any rate...glad you've been able to get some cycling in if only the exercycle.

Yeah i never had much trouble when i was a teen with them, i think its all the cheese i had at the pot luck dinner last night.

Man was that a bad move lol.
We arrived at 7.30, i found the brie at about 7.31
by 8am i had eaten most of my calories in brie cheese (oh god it was worth it!).
I then stuck only to vegetables (which there was TONS of) for the rest of the evening.

I love cheese............ and i hate zits, i get them still......I'm like "what the hell i passed puberty a long time ago damn it!!!!"
I guess your only as old as you feel and mentally i'm about 12 i think lol anyway have a good one wishes........later gator.....star

Morning Wishes... I'm fairly new so..I didn't know you cycled to work... that's awesome! I live to far from work to cycle in... But I do cycle and gazelle in the morning... guess I'm trying to makeup for it... but I do walk during my lunches for 45 minutes..which makes me happy!!!

I cycle 9-10k each way, its a good ride. Havnt done it this week at all, but ive sat on the exercycle a bit. All in all ive been having a lazy week. Im broke, over worked, and behind on heaps of stuff so i have fair excuse lol

On the other hand i recall i left work yesterday in a state! i totaly forgot to spill all the details. Okay.
there is this one Customer Service person , he joined about 1.5-2 years ago. Hes always been full of himself believing nobody can do his job just like him, and hes always right.
Its annoying but i can live with it mostly.
So now we have hired 3 new people within 2 months or so, and he hasnt trained any of them! He claims hes to busy but these 3 new people of which 2 english is a second language have no idea what they are supposed to be doing. They are stressed out to the max, screwing up basic accounts and pissing off both me and my boss, as well as customers.
Its not their fault, they were just not trained at all. Anyway i started to complain to a co-worked and then thought "no, i need to make this a formal complaint". SO i wrote an email to my boss.
10 minutes later the CEO jumps up from his desk (glass walled office lol) and goes and gets this guy from Cust Service. Man he must have ripped him a new asshole. I left work 30-45mins later and he was still in his office talking to him.

Internal team meeting tomorrow, so i guess ill find out then.

OOOOH I want the details from tomorrow's meeting! THAT'S going to be some good stuff!

Well my scales are the exact same reading as the ones at the gym. Which is good in a way and bad in a way. The gym ones read 3kg heavier than the original ones i started with at the gym. Ive always just deducted that 3kg so i knew where i was at. But i guess this means the first set of scales i used were probably wrong by 3kg :/
this means At some point in time im gonna have to add 3kg onto my weight.

For now im down to 103.8kg/228.8lb.

Week 1 Nov. 10: 106.2kg/234.1lb
Week 2 Nov. 17 104.8kg/231lb
Week 3 Nov. 24 104.5kg/230.4lb - gah water weight!
Week 4 Nov. 30 103.8kg/228.8lb - I guess it wasnt water weight :/
Final Weight on November 30:103.8kg/228.8lb

HORAY! I LOST 11.1lb !!!
