Hi W! Ok, I had to share a product with you, I haven't tried but people I know swear by it... plus it has a great name and I thought you might get a kick out of it. Here it is Anti Monkey Butt Powder Gals that I know who motorcycle swear by it. Says it really helps chafing.

Hang in there, you are doing everything right!! the scales will move!!!

Yeah you can get stuff similar to that here as well, i might have to look into it.
I dont have a problem with my other shorts, just this pair.

Oh well. im knackered.
I reckon ill get an early night tonight - its only 6pm and im just sooo tired :/

My hair is now brown/red, lol thanks - glad somebody has the time to read back
Well today is gonna be rest day, last night i was so tired, i held out until 9pm but only just. I was ready at 6pm to go to bed, but managed to hold out.

Eating was in control yesterday - in fact it was good. Had toast for early breakfast. Then leftover Lamb chops from the BBQ after i got back from cycling.
Lunch was weetbix (since i had misssed my fibre that morning)
Then a birthday party was for dinner, to which i stuck to asparagus rolls, salad, and a couple cocktail sausages (yum!)

and I mingled took me a south beach protien bar and stayed
away from the cake and deli trays cookie bins ect lol!

Wooo - what was super about the party was that the kids didnt get HUGE plates of foods, but only a few foods, and then said 'no' to the cake and saved it for ages afterwards.

Me too, I used to be able to eat all of that kine of stuff. Well..i still can, but my tummy says..no no no! and then makes me suffer..lol.. probably bes

Yeah it was good, though im still tired

Ive not done any exercise yesterday, not to sure if im gonna go today either - might take another break day. I dont wanna wear myself out too much.
Rest is just as important as exercise, though it probably doesnt help that ive been getting to bed late
Anyway im most definatly not cycling to work today - for some reason my shoulder is sore. Feels like crap in a muscle or something?
I Might just go for a walk later on after dinner. Take the kids with me
