i want to lose weight really bad. i know that i am not extremely overweight but all of my friends are thin and beautiful. i think mainly though i am not doing this for other people but mostly for myself. in 5 weeks i am starting school up again and i really just want to feel good about myself. so in this journal im going to record what i eat and excercising that i do! feel free to comment on my journal or give tips!
my starting weight: 135-137?? goal weight: lose atleast ten pounds
per week: atleast 2 pounds
You also might want to get yourself an online food journal like at www.fitday.com or www.sparkpeople.com or one of the 100s of others out there to accurarately record your calories.

It doesn't matter what your friends look like if they are thin and beautiful, well goodie for them... who says you aren't beautiful, if they are your friends you probably are... you sound pretty slim to me... do you play any sports at all? Beauty comes from within you... you should feel good about yourself and wantto feel healthier -not because your friends are all thin...
I'm all for looking and feeling better, but it's what is on the inside that is what counts. Your friends are your friends for one reason...YOU!!! Don't lose the weight for them...do it for yourself, as I'm sure that is what you plan to do.
