Today I went to the beach and packed a light, low calorie lunch. You all would be so proud of me.
This is what I have eaten so far today.
Breakfast
1/2 c yogurt - 100
1 c fruit - 50
Snack
med banana - 100
Lunch
cherry tomatoes - 50
2 cups fruit - 100
Snack
salmon - 50
cherry tomatoes - 20
My grand total is 470 cals. I have 786 cals to eat for the rest of the day. Having seared ahi for dinner with a yummy salad, but going to the movies and eating popcorn is my big down fall. Can I make it through the movie without pigging out on popcorn ? Yes, I can!! I'll let you know how I did.

When you posted the above message, you created a "new" thread/diary...what you need to do is find "Determined Denise" It's probably on the second page of the diary section - and post what you wrote above to your diary. That's where we'll chat, keep up, get support, chat some more, and where you post your daily stuff. Just think of it like you would a diary - it's your "home" here on the WL
