well i am starting this journey at 211 and i will end up at 140. i know i can do it i did it before and quit 10 pounds away from my goal. i know your thinking what was she thinking. well i don't think i did it for my self the last time. but this time this is for me. i want to be healthy. i am only 26 and i was always thin as a child. i didn't start getting a weight problem until my parents moved me across the Us to hawaii. i was very depressed and thats when my weight problems started. i have been up and down from there eversince. about a year ago i lost 50 pounds. i felt so good. i want to feel like that again. i want to be able to wear the clothes i want to wear. i work in a retail clothing store that is from europe and i don't feel very fashionable. i want to be able to wear the clothes i sell. well this time it's for me ! i'm giving my self until the end of october to loose 70 pounds. i know i can do it and i know that is a realistic goal. I have even got 3 girls at work to do it with me. I am doing weight watchers. i like this change because i can eat what i want. i can't go on a fad diet because that is not how i am going to eat for the rest of my life. and this is a lifetime change. i am keeping a hand written journal for my self but i have found this site to be motivational and hope to keep this journal also. GET UP AND CHALLENGE YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, just reading your first post is very encouraging that you can and will succeed. You've got a realistic straight forward approach, blended with the right kind of attitude. Good luck, you can do it.

good first two days

well the first two days started great . i stayed within my points and i am going to start my walking tomorrow. I walk the local mall for an hour three days a week.

I am doing ww my self and I love it .I don’t loose weight every week, but I have lost some. Which is better than what I would have done if I had not joined. Good luck on your journey and keep striving towards your goals.

3 and counting

well today was my third day i did pretty good. i walked today for an hour. today was my daughters birthday and i actually controlled myself. i felt like i could eat a lot more that i could but i didn't . I am glad that i had that self control.
bagel 1/2 scoop of cream cheese -6

pop corn -1
2 square pizza slices - 12
2 chicken wings -6
slice of chocolate chip cookie cake -3
total = 28 points
great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well today was a good day . i didn't eat breakfest but i was okay. i almost cheated but i didn't.
ham deli sand - 4
cup of cream of brocolli - 4
breadstick -3.5

chicken thigh -3
potatos cut up 1 cup -4
corn - 2
cyclone-4.5

total = 25

today i walked for an hour again. i walk with a girl from work. it helps me to have someone to walk with. it keeps me motivated. i am going to try to walk as many mornings as i can. i am use to going back to bed after i get my daughter on the bus . but now i am going to go straight to the mall and walk.

bagel 1/2 scoop cream cheese- 6

hot dog on a roll -8
1/2 bag of small chips-1.5

quesidillas-6

total= 21.5

today i am going to walk for an hour even though my friend can't go. i bought some head phones and i am going to walk. i am going to try to walk five days a week.

cheese and egg quesadillia w/salsa-10

chicken and cheese ,veg quesadillia
1/4 cup cheese-6

chicken and cheese, veg quesadillia
1/2 cup cheese-8

total = 24

tomorrow is my first weigh in. i am nervouse and i only got on the weigher once this week. i am trying not to get on only when i wheigh in. so today i am off for my walk again.

1 egg-2
1/4 cup cheese-2
tortilla-2

egg roll-3
1 cup fried rice-3
chicken veg-3

cream of potato soup-4
breadstick-3.5
total=22.5
