Upcoming BDAY Tommorow :-/

Tommorow is my brothers birthday and you can sure bet there will be lots of his buddies there and lots and lots of junk food. What should I do lol?

My mom is saying you should eat with them 1 day wont kill you, but I dont know. They will have pizza there and cake obviously.

Bah I think I may just dip out. Or do you guys think I should go junky for 1 day?

I think you should eat before the party starts and when you get hungry agian then you should have a slice of pizza, slad with it and if you stick to smaller portions all day then have a thin slice of cake. Be very very STRONG!!!!! You can so do this. Just control you're eating and you'll be fine....

Have something healthy to eat before you go...then indulge a little with the pizza and cake. Having that stuff once in a while is ok, so don't beat yourself up over it....just don't eat too much of it, and get right back on track the next day! Enjoy!

you can enjoy those foods -- in moderation -- one or two pieces of pizza won't kill you or destroy your hard work... one serving (about the size of a stack of business cards) of cake won't kill you...

Go enjoy the company and yourself...

you shouldn't avoid events that willc ause you to be around bad foods, but learn to deal with them in moderation

I go with the vote on something like a huge salad right before the party. It is WAAAAY more easy to defeat temptation on a full tummy. Then, if you want you can have a piece of pizza and a little cake. That much won't hurt you for one day.

Ya I think I may just have 1 slice. The funny thing is I dont even want the pizza or cake. I lost all the desire to eat junk food and I am being honest whan I say that. But my family is insisting it will be rude not to have some cake and pizza for his bday.

Anyway I will just probably double my exercise lol, 2 hours on the treadmill opposed to 1(if I can handle that)
