I hope i've lost some weight this week...feel like i've been quite good *insert smiley with halo here* I weighed myself this morning and i've lost 100g Still theres a whole 3 days till my "official" weigh in, and i've been a bit er...constipated (too much information ) so i suppose that probably makes a difference!! I did walk home last night!! Normally i get picked up by Mr Apple, but he couldn't make it so i got the train.
Working all day today so i'm going to try and take a walk after i eat lunch. |

Breakfast:
The usual! 1/2 cup low gi cereal and yogurt (1/2 carb + 1 Protien)
tea
water
Snack:
Berries (1 Fruit)
Snack (ish)
Apple juice (1 fruit)
Lunch:
Pestrami sandwich (soy linseed bread) (1 Carb, 1/2 Protien)
Water
I wasn't really hungry, must have been all the berries, so i only ate half my lunch! Went for a Walk after 30 min+, it's nice and cool today (about 23) I didn't want to push it and get tired at work so i was going slower than i normally would. Better than nothing though.
Snack:
Walnuts 1 handful (1 Fat)
tea
Water
Dinner
1 slice bread + ham (1/2 Carb, 1/2 Protien)
veg Stirfry (3 veg maybe 4!!)
1/4 cup basmati rice (1/2 carb)
grilled chicken (1 Protien)
tea
... and i cracked it, totaly. I was soo tired and felt crap...so i ate nuttella, straight out of the tub...about 3-4 teaspoons (1 1/2 Fat??)
So a bit over on the fat..

Saturday Food:
Breakfast:
1/2 cup low carb cereal and yogurt (1/2 carb, 1 protien)

we ran out of the low gi one.... this one is crap, will have to go buy more.
Lunch:
Pestrami sandwich (1 carb 1 protien)
tea
Sanck:
Handfull Berries diet coke
Dinner:
veg Sushi (1 carb, 1 Veg)
KFC:
6 nuggets (2 protien 600 fat???)
managed really well while at the tennis... until late on in the evening, it was well past 11pm and i was starvin (dinner at 7pm) so i had KFC with the others. I did manage to limit myself to chicken nuggets and no fries so i suppose that was something. Didn't drink enough water either. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Weigh in Day 71.7 this morning. Hurrah was dreading the fact that i might not loose any this week but considering i had a few slip ups and didn't do that much exercise i'll take it!
0.4kg is around 1lb i think.
Mr Aplle is trying to convince me to go to the gym next week. Not sure i'm ready for that yet!! Will stick to the 30 minutes walking for now. Might see how I feel on Wednesday and head to the Step Class. I used to do 2-3 of those a week before i got sick, so at least i'll have a vague idea of what to expect. Hell if i remember correctly
In fact i think i might make it my goal for the week.

Slice of toast with nuttella (1/2 Carb + 1 Fat)

Salmon pattie (1 protien, 1/2 carb)
Bread (1/2 Carb)
Salad (2 Veg)

Snack:
1/2 cookie ??
went for a short, chilled walk.. 25ish minutes i think. soo tired again today.
Dinner:
Mortadella sandwich (1 carb, 1 Protien)
went to the cinema and had two drinks 1 before, 1 after, no sweets, no popcorn! quite restrained i think.
1 coffee (1 protien, 1 fat - i had 1/2 fat milk rather than non fat)
1 hot chocolate (1 protien , got the guilts and had skimmed milk)
so a bit over on the protien, but not too bad! |

Completly convinced i wasn't going to loose any weight last week.. so it's totally motivated me for this week. Gonna be good. Potential pitfall of the week... the Australia Day public Holiday, lots of BBQ's to go to, lots and lots of bad food to be avoided.
Monday Food:
Breakfast:
1/2 Cup Low carb cereal and yogurt (1/2 carb, 1 protien)
water
Walked to the dr's and then to the post office to pick up a parcel must have been about 40 min walk altogether. Sooo warm today so i took a bottle of water with me.
Lunch:
nudie fruit juice (fruit x 2)
toast with soy marg + Jam (1 carb, 1 Fat)
tea
water
Dinner:
more toast with soy marge and jam (1 carb, 1 Fat)
tea
yogurt (1 protien)
Think i'm pms-ing today, tired, and all i can think about is eating huge amounts of carbs!!

Rep Power: 0 | | No idea why, but i decided to weigh myself this morning. 71kg how did that happen since sun? oddness. If i can stay down there till the end of the week i'll be happy!! Might be because of dehydration so i'll make sure i drink plenty of water today.
Food for Tuesday:
Breakfast
1 cup low carb cereal and yogurt (1 carb, 1 protien)
water
Snack:
Handful berries
more water
Lunch:
Mortadella sandwich (1 carb, 1/2 Protien - we only had one piece of ham left!)

Snack:
Handful Walnuts (1 fat)

BBQ:
3 slices bread (1 1/2 Carbs)
1 chicken kebab (11/2 Protien)
2 diet cokes
No walking to work today cause it's over 30 degrees!! Playing lawn bowls this evening. Unfortunately there is going to be lots of alcohol and a BBQ there as well. Will have to behave myself!! and stick to salad and 1 piece of chicken breast, no cake. *fingers crossed*

Did quite well at BBQ i think i only ended up going over my diet by 1/2 a carb.
Wimped out of going to the beach today with Mr Apple. Partly because it's going to be about 37 degrees (far too hot for me) and partly the whole beach/swinsuit nightmare. Mine's too small by about 3kg's at the mo. I probably wouldn't have gone to the beach in it even when it fitted, so theres no way i was going now. lol.
Food for Wed:
Breakfast
1/2 cup cereal + yogurt (1/2 carb, 1 protien)
Water
tea
Lunch
Toast + Jam (1 carb)
tea
water
Dinner:
didn't feel like eating cause of the heat so i just had a yogurt and some fruit (1 protien, 1 fruit)
