Thanks

Was soo warm yesturday. Stayed in by the fan and the fridge and watched the tennis on the TV.

Then i got to make fun of Mr Apple for getting sunburn (amusing cause he used to work for a sunscreen manufacturer, and is always going on about me not using the stuff properly)

Food for Thursday (where has the week gone?)

Breakfast:
Low GI cereal and yogurt (1/2 carb, 1 protien)

Snack
Handful mixed berries (1 fruit)

Lunch:
Pestrami sandwich (1 carb, 1 protien)
Mint slice biscuit (1/2 carb? + 1/2 fat??)
tea (full fat milk (1/2 fat)

Have got a headache, so i made myself an extra strong tea, with "proper" full fat milk That didn't work so i hit the biscuit tin. Have to say i'm feeling better. Got the guilts about that biscuit though. grrr...

Snack: Low fat soy hot chocolate (1 protien)

Dinner:
veg stirfry with noodles (2 veg, 1 1/2 carbs)

Food for Friday. Thank gawd it's Friday!! I'm soo tired today, i'm nearly falling asleep at my desk. *big yawn*

Breakfast:
1 cup low gi cereal + yogurt (1 carb 1 protien) Getting bored with this option now. It is easy though. Might have to think of something else.
tea x2

Snack:
tea
mocha coffee (1 protien, 1 fat)

Lunch:
1 veg sushi hand roll (1/2 carb, 1 veg)
Nudie fruit juice (1 fruit)
yogurt (1 protien)

Can Bee keep herself away from the freshly stocked cookie jar in the office kitchen? Will she fall asleep on her desk? How many cups of tea can she drink before she explodes? Find out here on Fatigue Friday: the day that wouldn't end...

I didn't think i'd had that good a week!! Not that i care at this point. lol

Dinner:
(not that hungry)
2 slices of toast with soy marg. and jam (1 Carb, 1 Fat)

and...

i had said at the begining of the week that if i did well i could have cheese cake today. Well i decided on a cadbury's cream egg instead (possibly not as bad as cheescake!) Man it was sooo good. I don't think I've enjoyed chocolate that much for ages!!

Thanks guys!!

Don't know why but i've been really tired the last few days, maybe i've got a cold coming or i might not be sleeping properly cause of the heat. Either way i've been tired and i have to admit to hitting the chocolate as a solution on Monday. ooops!!

Been good so far today (even though i'm tired) Brought extra healthy snacks to work (nuts and fruit), might have drunk too many cups of tea...but at least it's not chocolate!

Breakfast:
Shock Horror..... i didn't have cereal!!
Soy + linssed bread Toast with Jam (no butter) (1 carbs)
tea

Snack:
Nuts (1 fat)
tea

Snack:
berries (1 fruit)
tea

Nearly finished work (just the am today) when i get in i'll have a nap cause i'm going out tonight!!

Considering we ate out it went ok..
Dinner:
Spicy chicken wrap with salad (1 carb, 2 protien, 3 veg, 2 fat)
Diet Coke

I went over today on my fats... because i asked them not to put cheese in the wrap but they did didn't have time to go through hassel of sending it back. Was proud of myself though. I asked them to give me extra salad instead of having the fries it normally comes with.

Just a suggestion Bee, you could look into Vitamin B Complex, if low energy is a problem.

Thanks Korrie i'm going to look into it. It depends on how it works if i can take it or not. I read on the back of the bottle at the supermarket that it helps with the breakdown of carbs. Not sure if thats what i need cause i have a problem with insulin resistence Going to go to the "proper" health food shop at the weekend and ask them about it.

Unhappy

Dinner last night was a complete disaster. We went to a asian place and i ordered stirfry veggies and noodles, but they covered in fat. I didn't eat much of them but probably enough to take in my fat serves for the next few days. I wouldn't have minded so much if i'd actually enjoyed them but they weren't even that nice!! Makes me fee ripped off, if you get what i mean. Apart from the disater of a stir fry i had 2 spring rolls. Then we went for coffee, but the didn't have soy or low fat milk Felt really bad about things so i didn't have a desert, so i had to watch people muching calorific yummyness instead. AHHHHH!!

Don't know if it has anything to do with the food but i feel sick this morning. Maybe the fat upset my stomach??

Made it to work, but if i wasn't a temp and scared of loosing my job i'd never have come in!! Going to try and stay as long as possible. *crosses fingers* cause if i'm not here i don't get paid!!

Breakfast:
Cereal and Yogurt (1 carb, 1 Protien)

Apple don't beat yourself up over the stirfry. You're doing great. I would agree with you that your stomach is probably upset from the fat. After not eating greasy foods for a little over a month I had coconut shrimp tonight and a couple of hours later my tummy wasn't feeling too well. Good thing my appetite is shrinking it came with 6 shrimp and I usually eat all of them I only had 2 I couldn't imagine how bad it would be bothering me if I had eaten all of them.
