Rep Power: 0 | | Think you are probably right about the fatty food being the problem, although i think i may have had a bit of a cold too.
Left work early, didn't eat much for the rest of Friday, mainly because i was asleep for most of it.
Friday:
Yogurt (1 protien)
toast with nuttella (1 carb, 1 fat)
tea x lots
Felt a little better on Saturday but still not 100%. Meals all over the place but from what i can remember
saturday:
nuts (1 fat)
toast with soy marge and Jam (1 1/2 carb, 1 fat)
chicken sandwhich (1 carb, 1 protien)
Low fat/sugar ice cream (erm...just bad i think!!) |

Rep Power: 0 | | WEIGH IN DAY
Was a bit worried about weighing in today, not that much exercise last week and fell "off the wagon" a few times. But it was good!! Much better than i had hoped (i was hoping to be the same). 69.8kg
Sooo much better than i was expecting i lost 0.8kg (1.8lbs) woo hoo!! Yeah baby! This is the lightest I have been for at least a year!!
If i loose the same next week i get my first "prize" from Mr Apple. originally this was going to be a dress. But we were out shopping today and saw the new Game Boy DS. (I love my computer games) I can trade in my SP and get it for $99 AUD. Mr Apple put a $10 deposit to pre-order one (they come out here on feb 24th) and said i can have it when i make my first 5kg target!! So i have a week and a bit to make it!! *crosses fingers* I love my computer games!!!
Also bought a skipping rope, an hour class is just a bit much for me at the moment so I'm hoping i can build myself up with this first. I even got myself one with weighted handles to give my arms a work out too!! I'm going to aim to do 6 minutes at least 3 times in the week. |

Rep Power: 34 | | | First of all congrats on the loss this week its a wonderful achievement . A game sounds like an excellent idea. What a wonderful incentive. I was saying at ww that I was going to start skipping and the look of horror on there faces was hilarious, I then got a 5 min lecture on the proper bras to wear lol. They said that skipping was a wonderful exercise so good luck with your goals this week. |

Unfortunately we're both still in the nice = bad camp. So something healthy and yum... The Indian chicken Burgers i made from my Low GI diet book were suprisingly good, and easy to make!!

So we ended up having pizza. Could have been worse we split a 10" veggie thin crust between us, i had a huge salad (no dressing) and he had spagetti bolognase(sp?). So he was happy with his high carb, red meat, cheese meal.. and i didn't feel too bad about the pizza. I ended up taking most of the cheese off with the zuchini!! Not a fan of Zuchini...bleugh.
Was feeling guilty this morning so i walked from the train station to work (30 min) and i'm going to do the same on the way home!

Snack:
yogurt (1 protien)
tea
snack:
fruit juice (1 fruit)

Rep Power: 21 | | | I think you made a great accomplishment,...you enjoyed foods you like and modified it to a healthier lifestyle....I think this is really important for when the weight is off you are learning what to do to maintain that new weight. Zuccini..I agree with you on that one....uggghhh!!!!!!!!
