Rep Power: 0 | | Difficult to remember to post over the weekend!! Ahh well. Not too bad a weekend, well apart from the Nando's chicken burger and 1/2 an icecream i had at the tennis on Saturday!!
A bit disheatened by the fact that i didn't loose any weight this week . I suppose it staying the same is ok, in fact before christmas i'd deffinitly have settled for that!!
Think it might be to do with my new job. I'm on reception so basicly i sit down at 1pm and don't really move till 6pm Going to try walking to the office from the train station this week (25min). Managed it today, might wimp out if the hot weather kicks in again later in the week. Also going to drop my portions down a little, i'm just on the edge of the weightband so i'd have to do it soon anyway. So now i get:
Veg: 5 Servings
Fruit: 2 Servings
Protien: 3 Servings
Carbs: 3 Servings Fat: 2 Servings |

Rep Power: 0 | | It was 31c outside today so i wimped out of walking to the office. Didn't want to arrive a sweaty pink blob. The weather is supposed to break this evening so i'll try to go for a walk then... still got that shopping to do!!
Food for Wed:
Breakfast:
1/2 cup low-gi cereal and yogurt (1/2 carb, 1 protien)
Snack:
1 handful mixed berries (1 fruit)
Lunch:
leftover frettata (1/2 carb, 1 protien, 1 veg)
Snack:
3 crackers..oops. (1/2 carb?)
Dinner:

Hmm not too bad... think i should probably start taking two snacks to work... to avoid the cracker munching in the afternoons!!

Rep Power: 0 | | I was ok on the 4 carbs but I have been a little bit on the hungry side since i dropped down to the 3 carbs a day... i suppose the idea is to fill up on the veggies, which i'm not very good at!! I'm working on it though, brought fruit and some nuts with me to work today!! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Having a complete nightmare of a day. I couldn't sleep last night cause it was too hot, and the trams...the evil trams!! Anyway i kept waking up, needing a drink, then waking up again to go to the toilet
Then i woke up at 7am then 7.30am with Mr Apples alarm and felt like total crap, so i had breakfast and went for a nap.... bad idea totall slept through my 9am alarm and missed my dr's appointment... didn't wake up till 11.15.
So by the time i was ready i'd missed the early train to work and i had to get one of the evil trams instead of walking to the office from the train station. AHHHHHHHH! Anyway i'm here now I at least remebered to bring my lunch and snacks which is a start.
Food for Wed
Breakfast:
1/2 cup low gi cereal and 200g yogurt (1/2 carb, 1 Protien)
Tea
Apple Juice (1 Fruit)
snack:
Handful mixed berries (1 Fruit)
Berries are really expensive here, so i buy the frozen ones, and put a hanful in a box and by the time i get to work they're defrosted.
Lunch:
Yep more of that leftover frettata (1/2 Carb, 1 protien, 1 veg)
Snack:
Handful of wallnuts (1 fat)
Dinner:
Salad (2 Veg)
Salmon Pattie (1 carb, 1 Protien)
Snack (pudding!)
1 slice soy bread with nuttella ( 1/2 Carb, 1 Fat)
